Our waitress started out good. Then went downhill from there. The food came out cold. Waitress was behind us 2 tables talking for about 10 min after we asked for our check. After we finished eating we were ready to go ....took about 15 min or longer to get the check. Probably won't be back. Used to love going there for a steak. Not anymore.
In my opinion, Bison Steaks are Best. You guys are the best. My dinner was so so so much delicious. Ty guys (Especially to Laura. I can marry with you ❤️) ✌️
I'm writing this review after another disappointing experience at Ted's. The last few times my husband and I went there for dinner the service was poor and the food was not hot when it arrived. We decided to take a break from Ted's for a few months. Recently we went back hoping things were better, but they were worse. The server never brought plates for our appetizer and the wait for the entree was long. The food once again, was just warm, not hot when it was brought to our table. Our server smelled distinctly of cigarettes when he came by our table, which left us wondering if our food was late and cold because he was having a cigarette break out back? It's a shame because the menu is great, and the ambience is too, but the lack of great service and food earns just 2 stars.
Food, service, and variety top quality and consistent. At lunch this week we enjoyed it even more than usual with the secret ingredient of Zac, our wonderful server. He is a gem. Ask for him..
Yesterday, I had a date to catch up with a dear friend after not seeing each other for years. Of course, I chose Teds because I knew the menu was big, and the food always good. We arrived at Noon and set a record for the world's longest lunch -- leaving at 4:30. I have to mention that we were fortunate enough to have an EXCEPTIONAL SERVER. HIS NAME IS ZAC. If you want attentive but not obtrusive care, and someone knowledgeable about the wines and menu selections, ask for him. I had the Red Rock Burger with Ted's delicious kale salad. I don't remember which burger my friend had, but she thoroughly enjoyed it. Ted's is absolutely our family's go to place.
My New York strip was cooked perfectly. My husband's buffalo ribeye was also done to perfection and very tasty. Service was good. There was a little bit of a wait at the dinner hour. The atmosphere is cozy and not too loud like some other chains. I was impressed with the wine selection since I'm not able to order a red zinfandel at most chains. It paired beautifully with the steak.
Met a friend there yesterday (a Sunday) for lunch. My food came out very cold. I asked for new fries and all they did was reheat the ones they had already given me. Broccoli was cold and the pecan crusted trout did not taste fresh. Service was extremely slow but friendly. I was going to take a group there in April but I think I'm done. I've had stomach distress since eating there. So disappointed as I used to really like Ted's.
Celebrated my son’s birthday ? at this location and it was awesome! All of the food we ordered was delicious (chip appetizers, bison sandwiches, bison meatloaf) and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff (Coroly and Laura) went above and beyond and even joined in on the birthday fun. ? Highly recommend!
We had a long wait, but they had staff call out sick so not their fault. Our service was EXCELLENT! Laura was pleasant and attentive and Sharon kept a smile on her face the whole time even though it was obvious they were short on staff. And the food was great, too!
First time here and what a mistake. We arrived at 4:55 for a 5 pm reservation. It was clear despite the empty restaurant that there were issues. The hostess told us there were no servers. We should have left then.It took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food, and we had 3 small kids in tow. The beef short ribs, the item I was excited to try, was out of stock. Our server was super crabby and served tables that arrived after us first. It was a terrible first time experience, and I really feel bad for our mother in law because it was her birthday.
