Normally don’t leave bad reviews on places but I just had to warn others about this. Went here and had a reservation for 6 people at 6:45 and right off the bat it seemed as though they weren’t expecting us. Waiter seemed nervous or like he was new which is fine but what was not fine was that we waited over an hour to get our food (at least until 8pm) while multiple other parties that came in after us were served their food and only received any updates on our food after finding someone and asking. When we finally did get our food all of it was lukewarm at best and cold at worst. For such expensive food I expected it to at least be warm upon receiving it :( Would recommend not going to this location and trying literally anywhere else (if you do decide to go don’t get the broccoli, I love broccoli but this broccoli tasted pretty bad I have no idea what they did to it or how they messed up broccoli)
I ordered the bison meatloaf, my wife the brick chicken, my daughter the kid's bison steak and another daughter the kid's chicken tenders. It was all very delicious! The stalks of broccoli that were paired with the chicken were fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium. And the meatloaf made me feel like I was eating my Mom's meatloaf, besides it being bison! We had a great experience and look forward to going back at the next opportunity.
We reserved a table at this restaurant last week for an end of the year school event and both the hostess and manager rudely told us that there were no reservations for over 10 people even though we had called this specific restaurant and reserved the table. The manager was very condescending, the waitress was pretentious but the food was great. West Cobb deserves better!!!
I belong to a Lunch Bunch and we meet the first Wednesday of each month. This month Ted's was the pick. There were 10 of us and our server, Kayla, was very attentive and handled our orders very efficiently plus we all paid separate and it wasn't a problem. I ordered the Skinny Chicken and changed my side from a House Kale Salad to a House Chopped Salad. The Chicken was delicious, the Avocado was perfectly ripe and the tomatoes were surprisingly tasty. The Chopped Salad was really chopped fine. I probably would have liked it a little less finely chopped but it was very good.
Every time I have gone to Ted's is has been great but.... this time was terrible. I ordered salmon and it was way under cooked. We let the waitress know and she had it sent back to the kitchen but it turned my stomach and I couldn't even eat my meal. My husband and I ordered drinks, they were not good either. I hope this was just an off night because this has always been a great place to eat. We were very disappointed.
I was visiting from Naples Florida and happened to stop here for lunch.The food was fantastic, the servers were great , what more can a person ask for.I loved the atmosphere, it did remind me of a restaurant or bar that you would see out on the plains of Montana.Great job everyone
Love this place. Very good burgers (especially the Bison meat). The salads are fantastic. Also one of the best meatloaf dishes. Excellent service and atmosphere.
Hubs and I went to Ted’s tonight for the first time. We wanted to try out something new and had heard good things about Ted’s. The restaurant was less than 1/2 full. Our waiter was a very nice man, but service was very slow. We didn’t get our salad for 15 minutes. And then the manager came by our table to say they had given my bison burger to another table. 30 minutes later, our $18.00 burgers arrived and they were luke warm and my fries were cold. My husband’s broccoli was cold and under cooked. Our meal took almost an hour and a half and we left feeling less than satisfied.
Watch your bank account and hold on to your receipt!!! I ate in this establishment on 2/19. The food was great, but the service was terrible. I gave more than a fair tip for the service we received, but my waiter Samuel must have thought he deserved more because he gave himself a larger tip amount than what I wrote on my credit card receipt. As soon as I saw the charge posted on my account I called and spoke to manager Kevin, who assured me he was going to refund the extra money right away and that I should see it on my account within 3 to 5 business days. I gave it an entire week just to be on the safe side and never received that refund, so I called back and spoke to manager Kevin again. He acted surprised initially that I hadn't received my refund, but didn't have any of the information I had given him previously which makes me question if an attempt was ever even made to return my money. I had to give him all of my info again (name, phone number, card number, date, amount, etc.). This time he told me someone would contact me in the next couple days to process a refund. Fast forward 6 days later I have yet to receive that call for my refund to be processed. I have attempted to call corporate office on multiple occasions during normal business hours and have not been able to get a human on the phone. I've left two voicemails with no return call. Ended up having to dispute the charge though my bank. Shame on you Ted's for allowing your employees to steal from your customers and making no effort to make it right.
This is West Cobb location and did not do a good service job. The place was not busy so service should be pretty standard.The waiter started out well, even though my drink was incorrect. We ordered entrees only and waited like we were getting fresh kill?Food came and it was not hot... Steak, potatoes and chili not hot after the long wait..Wait a minute.... We tried everything to get our waiter's attention but to no avail. He never looked our way again so we stopped another waiter. At this time, I am ready to go and just want the check for lemonade and salad.Waiter came over, said he doesn't know how steak can be cold coming off the grill and flicked his wrist with ok and left.I already selected a new place because Ted's was a wrap and disappointment. Waiter came to take and said he comped the meal and to have a great day... That is what we did at the next restaurant... Customer service and Food was grade A!
