They are very rude so I was trying to tell them what was going on and I’m not sure if the manger snatched the phone from employe but once he got on phone he was rude, he was not letting me speak and he tried to hang up on me, by saying well thank you have a good day, and then he starts yelling in phone they are very unprofessional
The two girls that worked at night on May 9th 2022 were extremely rude and refused to make my order of 9 sandwiches. I was absolutely shocked and I asked them again because I couldn't believe it. It's what they are paid to do. I called the store multiple times almost two hours before I stopped by to give them a heads up but they did not answer the phone call. The owners need to look into as they just lost $100 order that another subway was more than happy to accept without any notice. All the sandwiches were the exact same, easy to make and they refused. This is horrible customer service by any angle.

The girl that works at night is always rude. Today she also pick the cash and the salad of my sandwich with the same gloves
Welp when I received my order it was wrong even the type of bread I wanted. Food wasn't wrapped in the wax paper, the cookies were great tho ??♂️
