Funny guy working behind the cash register lol Great quiet location and the guy was cool very funny sense of humor that made Sunday morning coolHighly recommend this location from the others in the East Cobb area that's overly crowded with long lines.This location has a line but it's not nearly as bad as the other more seen locations.Highly recommend

Great Service. Y'all should really consider unionizing because Starbucks definitely doesn't pay you the $20+ you're worth.If they do pay you that, then maybe you don't need to unionize.
My local coffee shop, but the traffic flow is a bit daunting and was not well thought out. People parking to go in are in the paths of cars queing for the drive-thru. Still -- worth a trip! This is the most friendly Starbucks EVER! They greet me and my doggie by name and remember exactly what we like!
Saturday morning, 7:30 am. Employees are inside, but doors are locked and they would not respond to the drive thru. They had people sitting out there for 20+ minutes, walking up trying the doors, and all of the employees literally pretended no one was there. It was wholly confusing and unprofessional; if you’re having computer issues, WHATEVER the case may be, post a sign, communicate somehow. Don’t just stand inside ignoring customers when it says you opened over 1hr ago. Yikes.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! - always impeccably clean, easy breezy music and a nice place to meet. The drive through line always moves quickly despite its popularity so I find it faster to get a drink and move on from here. The comfortable outdoor seating is sunny and works well for winter days. I have only and always gotten very good to excellent customer service from this cheerful staff over many years. I'll drive out of my way to come here some days, despite living closer to three others.
Fast, friendly service in spite of the long line at the drive through.
I've been to innumerable Starbucks across the country. This is the worst site in the chain as far as I'm concerned. Very slow lines, always have to check that you received the right order, often don't make the coffee right, lids attach to cups but still leak all over me and the car, lines wrapped around the place. Never again.
I love the staff, they’re always so nice - if I wasn’t in a hurry I know they would have fixed it. But I will say this location has a history of being heavy handed with the milk, I have a hard time getting a shaken espresso that doesn’t taste like straight milk.
This is by far the worst Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and I went inside to pick up. At least 5 people ahead of me. So I stood around them. Names where called for all the people who where ahead of me.i stood there and other customers came in and ordered. I actually stood up and finally they saw that the person who came in last order and got his order in at timely fashion. It was obvious that customer was a boyfriend because his order was completed and they talked out his name . My order was completed but they never yelled my name out or ask me for my name. Don't know what this always happens to me . Don't want thinks it a race thing but it was. Than they finally asked me if I placed an order. saw me sitting there they didn't say anything really annoying when this happens and it's just the third time it happened here.
