I had a Mango Dragonfruit and enjoyed sitting in there and working for a while.
I had a long early trip yesterday and decided to get some caffeine. Went to our nearest Starbucks and got the large (venti). I asked for light ice like always do since too much ice hurts my teeth as it become too cold. This was beyond ridiculous. There was more ice than normal AND less drink than normal. Like I understand the measurements for the drinks are set so if you get less ice you get less drink but I paid extra for what appears extra ice and less drink. The picture below is after I took about 3 sips of my drink.
If you’re going to go to Starbucks, this is the one to go to. The staff is so friendly, and they even spelled my name right on the cup! They were knowledgeable about the drinks and made all three of our drinks correctly, and they had both indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. They have really cool murals inside, and they were even open on 4th of July.
Employees were marvelous. My drink did not taste right and they re made it.

Sat in line for like 30 minutes without it moving, couldn't get out of line, I understand things happen, but this is ridiculous, this was very poor customer service. Also understand people are understaffed but the line doesn't move for 30 minutes
Literally the highlight of my morning coming here !! Everyone I’ve encountered has displayed superb customer service, but baby Amani, Ari, another young lady whose name I can’t seem to think of at the moment, and Dee are my absolute favs !! I go to this location in the morning before work and have been coming here consistently to the point where they know what I’m about to order before I order it lol. The drinks are always bomb, the breakfast is always hot and fresh, and they are always pleasant and professional even when they are overwhelmed. I’d give them more stars if I could xoxoxo
The staff is always so friendly. It's refreshing compared to a lot of locations I've visited. They always get my order right and it's always timely too!One time, they ran out of grande size cups and I was pleasantly surprised by my extra-extra whip that day.?
Very disappointed with this location. They always make the food too early and by the time I get my coffee my food gets cold.
I got in like with 6 people ahead of me, and it took OVER 30 minutes to go through the line. By the time i realized it wasn’t just one car holding up the line, it was too late for me to get out of line. Now i don’t know if they’re understaffed, but if they are, they need to handle that because over 30 minutes in a drive thru line is ridiculous.
