Don’t get me wrong every worker is very nice and friendly, but literally every single time I come they get my order wrong. Not only that but I get charged extra for the things they don’t add in my drink.

They apparently have new management now and it's definitely showing. They still run out of stock sometimes, but the other issues seem to have been fixed. It's my new new go-to location.

I asked for my Shaken Expresso to be layered like the photo and not mixed to keep the flavor. I heard one of the employees say I will make it the way I want to make it. Once she completed the drink, she looked at me in my eyes and waited for a potential problem. I simply took my incorrect drink and left. Starbucks is suffering from insufficient staffing. It's making the remaining staff angry.

The status of the cafe area being open or closed literally changes constantly. It’s so frustrating. I called at 8am and was told that the seating area is open, so I plan my day accordingly and bring my laptop so that I can get work done. I am there at 10am and the doors are locked. So I call again, and was told that it is now closed and it’s drive thru only. There needs to be better customer service and communication, this is ridiculous, and it doesn’t seem like anything is wrong inside if all employees are in there. I was just ordering inside like two days ago, and everything was completely fine. To me, it seems like at this point they pick and choose when they want it to be open or not. The management/leaders here needs to really figure it out, but for the last couple months I never know what to expect. This is not what I expect from a Starbucks at all.

They should update their drive through hours. I arrived 20 minutes before the closing of their drive through, after looking up the time they close. On the google search it shown that this store updated its hours 2 weeks

Most of the time this location is on point! There's been a couple of times where the drink was made poorly. Also people don't know how to use the drive thru here.

While staff was helpful and cordial, the store was incredibly short staffed which made the wait very long. After having waited an insane amount of time, our order came out wrong.

I had really tough day and the staff was so kind and so helpful. The girl Madeline was so sweet and talked, and said my drink was on the house. This is what customer service is about... definitely made my day ten times brighter

I LOVE THESE great people! I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, and it wasn't good. I went to run a errands then went back. The manager made it for me himself!!!! AWESOME!!!!
