They get my order right and provide great customer service with a smile
I will say this is the slowest drive through Starbucks that I keep coming back to. Nice people though. Just plan to drive through when you have some time.
friendly staff and they have a drive through. Cafe is nice since they got a remodel! lots of seating and outlets.Store hours are shortened and posted on the window, but not updated online. Paid for a grande but was shorted beverage. Maybe they're short staffed because of the pandemic.
They seem to have a hard time with a regular order. There is no recognition of being a regular. This isn't what I've come to expect from Starbucks.
I am not a typical Starbucks person, prefer going to cool beans at the square. However the employees here are very nice, friendly and give a local business feel. If the employees read this thank you and keep up the good work, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area.
Decent location but online ordering was down today. They were also kind of slow on making my order. I usually can do mobile ordering and don’t have to wait. The place is clean and staff is friendly but overall don’t expect anything special.
24 minutes in drive thru to get a cup of coffee. I won’t be back. Still in line.
Unfortunately the line is always ridiculously long. I always have to have atleast 20 mins to spare before I have to go to work.. Across the street..
One of the better Starbucks, they always have everything and are quick to make drinks!
I’ve been coming here since 2017. Before COVID, I had no issues. Staff was great and I never had to wait. I’ve moved away from the area since but the few times I come to visit every now and then I end up having to wait 30+ minutes just to order. The line is always in the street, backed up. Not sure what the hold up is but they’ve certainly lost my loyal business due to how long it always takes.
