Love Smoothie King in general, but LOVE this location and its leadership! Chris is the best! Makes my day to connect with him regularly- and he always goes above and beyond in customer relationship and service! He's also built a great team with the same traits! Much appreciation from me!

So I came to this location last night around 8:05pm & it was an awful experience. The female seemed very annoyed & kept throwing dishes around in the sink like she was aggravated and the male that was there took 15 minutes to make my smoothie & it came out terrible. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of my experience today coming in for my remake from last night. Madison was super sweet and her good customer service was a complete breath of fresh air. She made my smoothie perfectly and because of her, I will definitely have to come back !- Ashley
I came to this location this morning before work to grab a smoothie. It’s 7:23 am and you guys open at 7. I pulled in the parking spot in front of the door and your employee was sitting on her phone in the window and saw me and RUNS to the back of the store. I get out my car and the door is locked. That same employee is now behind the counter trying to not show eye contact while still on her phone. If your hours changed then it needs to be on the doors and google. But since it says you open at 7 am, your employee needs to open the door. I can understand safety issue since she was the only one in the store but she just didn’t want to work. Please do better young lady.

I just had the best experience this morning at your store. I was treated so great and with open arms, also the vibes overall at this location are just unbelievable. I believe one of the workers names was Jazmine!!
Been coming to this SK for the past two years every weekday & they ALWAYS prepare my Lean One Chocolate w/strawberries perfectly! This particular smoothie is tough to get the taste perfectly & they always nail it. Today was special as the flavor was a little off, but didn’t bother me to much, BUT the server came out running to me yelling my name “LIIIIZZ!” She told me she had made it incorrectly & offered to remake it . I happily obliged. Their service is always so kind,& they are more than happy to redo your smoothie if it’s incorrect. You guys are great, thank you! ?
Worst experience at a smoothie king. I put in my order at the counter with a girl who had long light brown braids with beads on the ends at 9:50. Its 10:25 and still no smoothie. I watched them leave it in the blender because it had too much ice in it. they decided to just leave it and move on to the next smoothie vs remaking it and actually giving me my smoothie. The girl with the black hair finally decided to fix my smoothie after it had sat in the blender.
