Long waits both times I have been there. Second time, it took multiple tries to find an option for which they had enough ingredients on hand to make it. I had the option to wait until the unloaded the truck, but I had already waited 20 minutes at that point just to place an order.
My son had an IBS flare up and all he could eat was smoothies. I've gone almost every day now. The staff here are great. I went to Planet Smoothie the other day as it was close and it was awful in comparison. There are alot of savings if you use the app.
The smoothies are always great but be prepared to wait 10+ minutes for them.
The line here never moves.Staff is always friendly and seems hardworking, so I have to assume they're woefully understaffed - - particularly when any kind of rush sets in.

Please remind your employees to wash their hands after handling trash. The young man on duty was removing trash from the from the front counter when I walked in the store. He took my order and began to make my smoothie without washing his hands. This is very unnerving.
Usually no issues with SK. Website ordering is terrible. No one answered the phone so I could place my order. Tried no less that 5 times to order and website would not take 2 different payments that I tried. Guess somewhere else will get my money.
- out if two fruits- didn't tell me until 5 min in.- couldn't tell me what was sugar free.I got a lean smoothie with raspberries in place of the strawberries... and the family tried it and it tasted like they did the vinella with some rasberries. It was pretty bad.-they technically don't have any sugar free and only low sugar for diabtics.
Very slow, I would understand if it was once or twice but it's every time at this location.
