Excellent tapas and cocktails with great service!

This place is amazing! Everything we have tried is very delicious and flavorful. Please do yourself a favor and try their charcuterie. This is truly the only place I will have charcuterie, it is THAT amazing. Service is always top notch as well. Drinks are tasty! Recommend to make a reservation, if you can, since the dining area is very limited.

I'm pretty particular about food so it's rare I give a restaurant five stars. But they nailed every dish we tried. Our server Josh was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I'd revisit based on his personality alone!! It's annoying to start a meal by telling the waiter your dietary issues but Josh was so kind and considerate and every recommendation he made was delicious. And he didn't rush to close out our ticket even though there were other parties waiting to be seated. The steak pinchos were perfect, the chimichurri was almost drinkable, the mussels had the most exquisite sauce, the patatas bravas were crispy, and the shrimp and octopus were well cooked without being tough or chewy. If you have a party of 2, you may be awkwardly seated by the front door. But the food and ambience more than makes up for that.

Awesome service and great food!

We stopped in for our first visit at brunch, and had some amazing larger entrees, as well as several tapas and cocktails. My favorite tapas were the sardines and the bacon-wrapped dates. The brunch dish with the patatas baravas, chorizo and egg blended crunch and umami with richness. I do wish the pulpo had more char, but the beans that came with it were creamy and well-seasoned.The gin and tonics were perfect for the weather - I loved that you could customize each part: gin, tonic and garnish. We got a sangria flight, too, which is a great way to figure out which type (white, rose or red, each with different fruit) you prefer. My hands-down favorite drink was the Prado Daisy - subtle and refreshing, yet complex. My husband got a smoky bourbon drink, so there's something for all palates. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and delightful, and the atmosphere is chic, yet approachable. We brought another couple with us for dinner a few weeks later because we were so impressed. Silla Del Toro is a worthy, welcome addition to Marietta Square, filling the hole left by The Butcher The Baker's departure for my family.

Tapas are one of our favorite meals, because we get the opportunity to try new dishes. Today was no exception. Not a lover of sardines, I nonetheless tried their Spanish Sardines. They were WAY better than in a can from the grocery store. I also had the grilled baguette with serrano jamon and manchego cheese. It was a like tiny hoagie with killer sauce dip. Total bill was reasonable. Sit a spell outside and enjoy the experience.

I love coming here! Tapas are fantastic and our server was so fun! I had the sangria flight, so fun to match my drink to my tapas dishes.

Man, each tapa was better than the last. I'm pretty sure that we ordered 1 of everything and then doubled up on a few favorites. There were 3 of us by the way. ? Awesome service and amazing food made for the perfect spot for my wife's birthday.
