This location always gets my order wrong! Just ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches one without mayo at drive-thru, all three sandwiches were mild plus the spicy chicken ordered was mild! This had happened every time I get food from them. Even when I ordered Turkeys they say they're out when it's time to pick up...I'm SICK of this place! Corporate needs to vet this location ASAP
For the most part this is a good location for receiving fresh food and excellent service. However, I could not give a five for the time or two that I came and my food was not fresh. In fact, the fries were old and the chicken was overcooked. I hope this will not ever happen again.
I went at a usually unbusy time and still got cold old greasy food. I ordered 5 piece tenders cooked fresh and when I got my order I could only eat like 2 of the 5, come on now. My order was salty nuggets and old 2.49 popcorn shrimp. I'm just saying I know it won't be gourmet but at least try to cook it fresh for the customer
The best chicken I've ever had from Popeyes!! It was hot and juicy and fresh!! On top of all that the staff was all super friendly and nice!! Definitely would come back if I'm ever in town again!! Keep up the great work!!!!
This establishments customer service is the absolute worse. I just left after sitting in the line for 10 mins waiting for the person in front of me to order. There was only three cars in the drive thru. Then when I finally pull up. It was hold on. No sorry for your wait. We got x and x amount going on..nothing. I just left. It's the closest to my house and the newest one. They always have attitudes at the window and missing featured items. The management here is non existent.
Rod was excellent. He had excellent service and kept the customers happy. This Popeyes usually mess up order, but he took his time and made sure it was right. Will be back here.
The guy here at the drive through the other week was obviously high as on some Xanax or drunk bad, was slurring, totally messed up my order, wrong drinks and wrong food, no sauce, told me to pull up without taking my payment, and it took like 25 minutes sitting there for him to bring us our order while 10 cars behind us passed and went along their day. I will say the food was excellent as always. Really garbage service though.
STAY AWAY!!! I went here 11/17/2021 night ordered a 12 piece combo that came with two side which were coleslaw and mash potatoes I asked to add two more side’s which were fríes and Mac n cheese I also ordered two chicken nugget kids meals and two cinnamon apple pies I was charged 53$ and some change they took more than 30 minutes to realize they hadn’t gotten my order ready erased my order from the screen asked me three times what I had ordered to then tell me that they didn’t have The Mac n cheese Like why are they charging for things they know for a fact they don’t have then when they so called got my order ready they only gave me one side smh I don’t know what’s going on there but that place is a total wreck when I was leaving walking by the drink machine there was a mess there was mold all in the area where it catches the drink and ice they didn’t even have napkins I don’t even know how this place passes inspection I will never go here again
I really really had another taste for my favorite CHICKEN ?. So, I decided to give this location a shot. The order went well, why after I’ve paid here it comes ? we ran out of wings!!!You didn’t know this while I’m ordering the 2 for 10 dine in special??? I really don’t get it. There were only three cars in line at this time.Plus, the frozen strawberry lemonade was made totally different than I’ve ever seen one before.I’m done eating out… I can ??? so I’ll be cooking more. It’s just so disappointing, because I’m from LA and I love Popeyes ⚜️⚜️⚜️
The food was good but the drive through experience was less than ideal. I don't think the person taking our order could hear us very well because the order was incorrect. We didn't even bother to say anything because we'd waiting 15 min for our food to be ready. I will review again if my experience is different next time.
