The guy in the Drive-Thru got into an argument with me over giving me the wrong type of lemonade. I thought he was going to jump through the window and punch me because I corrected him from the strawberry lemonade to the regular lemonade. The order was wrong anyways. Tiny dried chicken tenders that were too hard to bite thought. I won't return to this location.
I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before realizing that they haven’t moved once. So i went inside and waited 30 more minutes without moving despite chicken sitting under the heat lamp. After 30 minutes what i assume to be the manager announced that it was cash only. I’m constantly been disappointed by them taking forever to do their job. I will never be coming back. I will be going to the Cobb pkwy location because i never have problems with them.
The drive thru line was very long but the young lady and cashier was still very helpful and professional. It seems they were short handed during a big sale day, but they still did everything to help things go accordingly. The work effort - without attitude -was very much appreciated.
I went through the drive thru and a dashingly handsome mad named Richard helped me and was able to answer all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. The family meal was the perfect menu item for and my family, but the best part was looking into his gorgeous blue eyes with a hint of green as he handed us our food with a big smile. You can tell that’s a man who loves his job and we will definitely be returning to this location more often
The best service I’ve had in a long time with a fast food service!! They were slammed and still got my order to me in time, keep in mind it was a lot of food! Amazing service!! The team work there is something that I haven’t seen in a long time! I’ll definitely keep going to this Popeyes from now on!
Worst customer service ever! Drive-thru Hours are supposedly at 10. My sister went to the window to find out if they were open. The young lady was very rude. When my sister stated the information online said they were open, the young lady's response was was, "it says a lot of things." Rather than risk anything happening to my order, I left it alone. The manager was nice, but food wasn't even hot, fries were cold. We got our food at 1057.
My only issue was the photograph of the Tackle Box, I believe was the name of the menu item, showed the contents of the meal well over the sides and completely filling the box. When I received the order, I opened the box container and there, in the bottom, in the corner of the bottom of the box were a few shrimp. I don't know how many because, the fact they were shoved, and grouped in the corner at the bottom of the box was shocking. The shrimp were dwarfed by my biscuit and side of red beans and rice.I know menu item photographs are dolled up to make the dish or item appear more attractive, more perfect than the item actually served, but I say Popeyes got this one so wrong it was an insult.I never complain about my food in restaurants; never s4nd it back. I've worked in restaurants and I know what can happen to the "corrected" order once it's brought put to me. I did., however, return my order, the lonely few shrimp in the bottom corner of my box, and the manager took it, then replaced it with a 2 piece dark meat chicken order I intended to add. I thought the thigh had leg could keep the lonely shrimp company, but I never tasted the shrimp and failed to check my twi piece dark meat combo price to ensure I didn't lose, after all. $7.95 for the shrimp and the photo is nothing even close to what is served.Disappointing. I liked Popeye's.
This is literally the worse Popeyes location I've visited ever. Twice I have had poor customer service, extreme long wait times, poor food quality. The location off Windy Hill Rd in Marietta, GA needs an management upgrade swiftly. Throw the whole current team away, just awful!
I ate here on lunch break and Richard was so quick and helpful explaining the menu.The chicken sandwich was okay but the customer service was AMAZING! Kudos to him and the team ! I’ll definitely be back to this location.
Whoever owns or manages this location should probably quit. Actually open about 50% of the time and then you have another 50/50 shot of getting a decent sandwich. But god that 25% chance of getting a good spicy keeps me coming back!
