Inside closed at 8PM on a weekday. Drive thru line is wrapped around the building. How Popeye's executives keep their jobs is beyond me. Worst run fast food corporation in the US. EVERY location I visit is a train wreck. Witnessed at least 5 groups of customers try to go in/leave, or just exit the line/leave. Chick FIL A owns you and lives in your nightmares. Update: we finally order: no nuggets, no Sprite, no Mac and cheese. Not making this up, total chaos evey time.
Ordered online....upon arriving at restaurant:1. No utensils, napkins, sauce included with order. 2. Shorted a biscuit from our order. 3. Had to ask for beverage ordered as part of online order. 4. Ordered mild chicken tenders....was given several spicy as part of the order.I can get equal or better quality food with better service for the same price elsewhere, and will probably do so in the future. I've experienced similar poor service at other Popeyes locations, and to be blunt, if this is the best they can do, I would suggest in the interest of preserving the investment of the owners, wind down and liquidate the business.
Waited 30 min drive thru for 1 sandwich. Meanwhile they served 10 people before they got to me. Then didn’t give me the drink I ordered. I told them and waited another 5 minutes. Then went inside to ask…entry level
When I Tell You That was The Best Damn Popeyes I Had In The South *side note Food Up North has different tastes still good tho but Anyway My Son and I Got 5 peace tenders combo he got mash I Got Red Beans it was soooo goood and fresh I End Up wanting to try the Mac and Cheese , that Mac and cheese hit my soul differently you hear me lol The only reason they got a 4 star rating because them biscuits were hockey pucks cooked em too long but Customer Service was a1 it was clean no wait time and wasn’t crowded 100% recommended
Hey, you reading this, I wanna make you laugh at my disappointment. They got a teenager that's a new manager at night. Don't come here when she here, line gone be from here to Disney Land. ??? She don't know what the hell she doing.. ??♂ The dark skin manager polite and professional. Poor baby, she don't never have nobody on her shift. She always makes my meal fresh and accurate. And the workers bruh...GHETTO, RUDE & RATCHET.. they got this lil boujee light skin girl that be taking orders... Disrespectful as hell. They just hiring any bum in high school at this point. ??♂ Customer service ain't ?. And I've called corporate, nobody don't ever call you back. Upper Management don't care about the customer experience anymore.
When you visit a Popeye's you never know what you will get for service. During our visit at this location we were promptly greeted by staff and were told they would be with us shortly. In the meantime while we waited one of the servers talked to my three children while finishing up with preparing a meal. The server then took the time needed to speak with us about the order, what was available and what might take time, and quickly filled out order. Our order was correct and hot.The only thing I would suggest is to have the location a bit cleaner. The restrooms needed a bit if attention.I also know employees are hard to come by and work is often not what it used to be. So overall, 4 stars.
Probably the worst Popeye's location I've ever gotten food. The drive thru speaker was busted (it's on them to fix that) and I got my order right. But had to wait close to an hour to get my food and it wasn't that good. Chicken breast was decent but the wings weren't cooked and the fries definitely weren't cooked. Won't ever go back. Not sure the people running the location pay attention to Google reviews because it's been going on for awhile and they don't care. If you like waiting over an hour for food and it's not that great, this is a great Popeyes then.
Terrible terrible service. I waited for over an hour and asked for something complimentary and was told no. Ok. I pull off and noticed I'm missing a side. Smh!!!!! I went in and let them know they forgot. the same manager who took my order and refused to offer anything complimentary for my long wait, responded stating no she didnt. Trying to be funny. Like she knew it wasn't in the bag and let me leave. Which is crae crae!!! Trust me stuff like that creates a hostile environment. I got my food and left. I was about to go in when I remembered that I was at popeye's..However,,,, still no excuse for a poor attitude and service. If you dont like your job, quit. We are paying you for the cus service not just food. I can take my money elsewhere.This occured May 30th 5:30ish
Never have anything. You'll wait 20-35 mins on line at the drive thru to just be told they dont have 90% of the menu. Don't bother wasting your time coming here.
