Amazing pies! Can't just try one. Pecan and Apple are favs, but the seasonal peach is great! The staff is super friendly!
Every slice of pie my family and I have had here (and there have been many) has been heavenly. The staff are especially friendly and welcoming. Every time one of their beautiful posts comes up on my Instagram feed I want to stop in on my way home from work (because it is on my way home) and grab some deliciousness. (Only my waistline keeps me from doing this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.) We buy pies for all our special occasions and for others as well. I would recommend Pie Bar (both locations) hands down to anyone and everyone!
My husband and I moved to the square last June and we visit Pie Bar at least once a month. I feel like we’ve tried all their pies and loved every morsel of every slice. Their crust is outstanding. Sometimes we get them to go but my favorite is eating there with the old fashioned, mismatched plates and coffee mugs. They’ll heat up your slice too!
Pie, Pie, Pie!!! When you want the best pie you go to Pie Bar... when you want to learn how to make the best pie ... you go to Pie Bar! What a fun time we had!! The techniques and the chemistry behind what makes a great pie were learned! We departed with knowledge AND a baked pie AND 2 pie doughs ready to be turned into our next tasty dessert! Thanks Lauren & Abby!!
Fresh and delicious slices of pie. Option to add a scoop of ice cream. Whole pies can also be bought. Do try their Peanut butter and cream pie!
Lucky me! I was able to attend a pie baking class at the Pie Bar’s commissary. It was amazing! Lauren and Abby did an awesome job. While I consider myself to be a pretty good pie baker, Lauren brings pie baking to a whole other level! Her passion for baking is contagious and I love supporting her local business in the Marietta Square. If you get the opportunity to take one of her classes I highly recommend!
Good pie, but questionable service last time we went. We wanted a slice of the oatmeal cookie pie Saturday night, but was told all they had were whole pies for sale and wouldn't cut into it. Then got a short portion of the chocolate cream.
We went here while walking through Marietta square some time ago. The staff was very friendly, and the pie was tasty. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they only had 1 egg free item, and my family is vegetarian and egg free. I hope that if/when we come back, they have more available.
Key Lime Pie was good.We had 5 slices of different pies. Probably going to try the vegi pot pie next.
Not just average. Distinctly sub par. I visited and was very unimpressed with my chocolate pie selection. Looking for dessert delivery the wife and I decided to give them another chance and got the "sampler" delivered. An 8 Piece sampler came with 3 kinds of pie. A hoosier cream pie which we need not discuss, a pecan cranberry which was stale, while lacking flavor and an utterly abysmal oatmeal pie.Just skip this place. Google a pecan pie recipe. It will be way better.
