I appreciated that they were open on the 4th of July, but I left feeling the opposite of perky. It seems like Perks is probably a great place to go for smoothies or sugary drinks, but don’t go here if you actually like coffee. They had multiple chocolate mocha options, so maybe those are better. My dad got iced latte and I got a cold brew with oat milk, and somehow both of them were so bad they were undrinkable. My cold brew was bitter and acidic and burnt tasting, which I don’t even know how that’s possible since it was cold brew - maybe they made me the wrong drink? The ice was also just one large block of ice cubes that had melted and refrozen together to form a blob so the straw wouldn’t even go in. The employees were friendly and cheerful, and hopefully with some better coffee and barista training Perks Coffee can be drinkable in the future.
The chai tasted like cardboard. The oatmeal was bland mush. The biscuit with chicken and cheese was ok.The place seems like a cool place to hangout or study but I’d advise eating elsewhere before coming in for a coffee.
Customer service and microwaved muffin were the only good things. The "chai" and "coffee" were either watered down or had no flavor. I've had better coffee and Chai at gas stations. Very disappointed.
Nice place to come and get a little work done, drink a little coffee. There are Outlets at most of the seats, though a little hard to plug in. Different food options but the coffee is pretty standard. If you like more syrups, you will find variety here. I prefer more natural blends of coffee. However, nice atmosphere overall.
This place has really gone downhill since the new owner took over. The prices went up drastically. I went in one morning and the customer in front of me only got a smoothie. She waited 10 minutes for her smoothie while I waited 20 minutes for my food only for them tell me they couldn't make it. I gave them another try again today and the lady was clearly sick and coughing everywhere. The food was nasty and hard on top of the germs. I only waited 10 minutes this time, but I was the only customer. I hope she gets better soon and gets some help in there.
I’m not sure if the AC was off or broken but it was super hot inside. The food was made to order which was nice but the portions were super small for the price. The pics online are much nicer than what you get in person. The staff was nice and it was clean but not worth the price. Coffee was ok. Won’t be back.
This morning I received Outstanding Service from Mr. Logan & Ms. April. They both are very welcoming when entering the café, and build a connection with their customer while they are waiting for their food or drinks ( including myself) The best service I ever received, Thank you Logan and April. due to the service you have a loyal customer.
Perc on highland. Atlanta. Hip and edgy. International coffees and flavors. Limited food options. But all are good. It’s more of a grab and go. Seating is limited. But good vibe all the way around
Person behind the counter didn't want to help me, took forever even to ask what I needed. Sat down to enjoy my drink, and was informed that they were closed and asked me and everyone else in the place to vacate.Checked the hours open, (after leaving) and still had a half hour, laziness is my pet peeve and I'll not be back.
The Caramel High Rise was absolutely delicious. I ordered a 2nd one to take into the office with me. I would go here over Starbucks any day.The breakfast sandwich was yummy too. Definitely a place worth repeating.
