I went their to pick up a Doordash order and the customer service was the best. They greeted me respectively and accommodated me very well.

Horrible, Terrible please don't visit this place-i have never written a review about anything but i had to on this--i walked in and ordered a Monster chicken ceasar salad and was told 15 to 20 minutes which was odd there 5 employees and one table seated albeit a steady flow of ppl picking up pizzas so ok--i paid 18.50 for the salad, bottle of coke and bag of chips, strange as well, but the payoff is after 32 minutes the man brings out a tiny salad--looked like weeds in a plastic container just croutons, no chicken and it was clearly out of the fridge!!! why was it 30 minutes and it tasted like garbage; I spent years working in restaurants and I hate it when the owner reaches the point when they don't care if it stays open or not and they are never there--its insulting to the customer and it is a form of misrepresentation or fraud on a small scale--this is the worst food service experience i can remember going back many years--please dont waste your time with this joke--and ps the chairs at the tables were the size of childrens' chairs and they are metal--who thought of that?

Visiting the area and had a recommendation to try out this place. So so good. Flavorful, crispy crust, fast and nice delivery. Highly recommend!

Everything is always fresh, hot and delicious! I always recommend ☮️♥️?to all my friends and family. They are timely with their deliveries and their atmosphere inside the restaurant is just groovy! I just love this place!

We came here after going to the Fox Theatre to see a live musical. Obviously, we were really tired, and it was also pretty late. They got us our pizza in less than 10 minutes. The staff was really friendly, and the pizza was hot and tasty. I will definitely come here again!

Ultimately the best pizza I've ever had. This review is difficult to write because we are traditionally a "Marco's family." However, now these specialty personal pizzas will cloud my judgment every time I crave pizza...My only complaint is that UberEats asked for a dipping sauce selection, and no dipping sauce arrived with the food.

I have been ordering from this location, via in-house delivery, for over a year now. I had several hiccups initially with the order coming incorrectly, but that was worked out over time. The pizza is pretty good, but in my experience is inconsistent. Some days it comes really fresh and well made; some days it comes out somewhat stale and lacking a balance of ingredients. Delivery times fluctuate pretty wildly, some days it get here in 45 mins and others it could be up to 3 hrs (no kidding). The wings are what really keeps me coming back, they’re very delicious and well done. Staffing seems to be an issue here, they have a few legacy employees but otherwise it appears to be a revolving door when it comes to employees… I say this because when I call in to order there’s always someone different taking the order and a lot of times you can tell they’re still training… they don’t know how to apply coupons, or add notes, or run a card, etc. etc.My biggest issue is the pricing. Recently they changed their coupon deals and hiked the prices up SIGNIFICANTLY. I mentioned it to the delivery guy when I signed the receipt and he kind of chuckled and mentioned they all recently got raises. For a large pepp. pie and 20 wings you’re paying almost $65 after delivery and tip. This is pretty insane and has to be one of the most expensive pizza shops in the area. For that same amount you can get a feast from a chain-store like Dominoes or you can order that same order from Johnny’s pizza or Nancy’s Chicago style via UberEats and even after all the app fees still save $20. I understand the current financial state of things post-COVID, but when compared to other shops in the area, the prices don’t seem to make sense. I will likely order from other shops more frequently and from PL&P every now and then when I’m craving their wings. I hope Corporate considering doing a price comparison for the area and bringing their rates back down to where they were a couple of months ago.

The first time I got a pizza here, it was awesome. Yesterday not so much. It was overcooked and the crust was very hard and chewy. Not much enough toppings for a pie that cost over $22. Now I he cinnamon roll pizza was off the chain.

Best Margarita Pizza I think I’ve ever had! My man Mike up front made sure everything was perfect. He made my pizza and you could tell he took pride in his work ✌️ ❤️ ?

Maui Wowie, Groovylicious and Desperado are all tasty, unique pizzas cooked to perfection. The guys on staff were all friendly and the service was quick. We went on a lazy Wednesday afternoon and had a great time.
