We used the drive through. They were advertising a wonderful looking salad but then said they didn't have the ingredients to make it. The wait was about 9 minutes to get our order, two sandwiches and soups. We get home and the sandwiches were not labeled and we had to open each one to see what's inside.
This location will make u hate Panera. The food never tastes how it’s supposed to taste. Service is HORRIBLE. Order is always wrong, they have an attitude when you let them know it’s wrong. Smh don’t even waste money here
The food was delicious, and the service was fast! I ordered the family feast and the quality was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Atmosphere was beautiful, but the food is ok. I'm not a fan of bread.

I always love Panera bread! Their bread bowls and soups are the greatest!And I absolutely LOVE their steak sandwich with extra horseradish! It's the best!!
I had the most horrible experience here. Terrible. Why is this $100 chicken sandwich burnt? Then for the person that made my sandwich, what made this person think it was okay to serve this? My Mac and cheese was muchie, the entire over priced meal was terrible.

Love Panera!Consistent deliciously tasting food and drinks( nonalcoholic). Coffee and bakery delicacies available.I have only been to one Panera where the service was poor. This location was not it.Service was as usual for Panera; inviting, friendly and helpful.Cost is pricey. But the quality seems above average. Also, I replicated my most beloved sandwich at home. By the time, I got all the ingredients to make it ,my savings was marginal.Most locations I have been to have indoor seating, outdoor seating and the kiosk for ordering.
I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt but this needs to be said . On several occasions there has been zero caffeine coffees . No half and half . When they were told it was dine in they gave me a bag . This might seam petty but most come in to just sit and enjoy . Yesterday I got there and got what was supposed to be dark roast and it was decaf. Also the area where customers sit had boxes in seats and on the table next to the fire place .
