This used to be a good location but no longer. I ordered on the app and they left an item out of my order. The bread on my sandwich was so salty it was awful. Why would they coat it in salt, who does that? I waited on hold for Panera customer service only to be told that it was a franchise and they would have to contact me within a few business days. I'm done with Panera.
Stopped to grab a coffee. I love their monthly coffee subscription. It now includes the charged energy lemonades, and sodas as well.
Worst Panera experience ever! First off I took the first bite into me and my wife’s sandwich’s it was like a table spoon of freaken salt and instant baby barf can’t forget how stale they were! Also they had no baguettes to dip into my soup and the food was just super off for no reason. Never going back to this Panera again.
Went in today on the way to night shift and they were out of a lot of things including bread for sandwiches and baguettes for soup. Ended up ordering a salad, but they were out of 2 of the toppings. The fruit cup has mold in it.
I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I don't like. They can't get orders right, they won't tell you if they're out of anything, they're argumentative, and food wasn't even hot.
This location has terrible service, particularly during the morning hours. There are days where no one is staffing the bakery counter and so you are required to order through a kiosk and then stand around hoping someone will prepare your order. The coffee counter is never maintained — often out of cream, sugar, etc. Today, I waited 20 minutes for a toasted bagel! I understand there are staffing problems but there is no sense of urgency or teamwork. If they can’t get it together, maybe it’s time to shut down and save face for the Panera brand.
Tried to order through drive through and no one answered at the box. I waited a while and tried to place an order but it wasn’t received. I gave the benefit of the doubt and pulled through to the window just in case something was up but was left there as well lol. So much for getting a sandwich :(
Probably the worst Panera in the area for order accuracy and efficient customer service. Seems to especially be true on weekends.
The food was good and got out quickly but they're only taking orders through online or a tablet at the front do to Covid and short staffed.
This Panera is very bad. Everything tasted off. They were completely out of coffee and most of everything. They completely didn’t make my order so I was waiting for a long time until I finally went up there and they said oh we probably don’t have your items in stock. Um… well why didn’t you tell me and I know they are in stock because you can see them when you order… All the workers kind of seemed out of it, including the manager…
