My husband & I stood in line to order for 16 minutes. There was only one employee working the register so the line was out the door. Additional employees came up from the back to take multiple orders for the staff, but no one bothered to open a 2nd register. It took an additional 30 minutes for our food to arrive. I will probably be avoiding this location in the future.
I loved the service. The cashiers were very helpful. They went above and beyond. The food could have been better. The Spicy Take sandwich looked much better than it tasted.
We have given this location one too many chances and we won't be going back. Every time we visit the tables and floor are filthy. I luckily bring sanitizer and clean it myself. It's really concerning that they don't prioritize cleanliness here. I can't imagine how the kitchen looks like. I've written to customer care twice in hopes that it gets better, but they most not care. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
They’re really struggling. Too many times I’ve waited 30 minutes + longer than expected. Half the time they tell me they’re working on it and when I ask the third time they realize it’s been ready for who knows how long, but no one took it out to the rapid pick up area. I feel for companies, but this is tough.
This place can't run without the manager in the building.. Somehow the same order can take somewhere from 5 to 35 minutes. 5 if the manager is in the building and up to 35 if he's not. That's unacceptable. The are people that work in the area and maybe they're doing pick-ups because they're on a tight lunch break, if guys don't like to do your job don't affect other people that are respectful of their job and can't overstay their lunch break.
Today I was there.my wife ordered soup /salad and I ordered margheritta fb. When I toke my order I find they forgot to give French bread(bread was included as ticket no.226432). I went back and asked missing bread and lady look at me like I am crazy and talked with other guy and finally she gave me bread with bad attitude . Bad service.
I love Panera, but this one leaves a lot to be desired: food availability especially a little late in the day, below par customer service and substandard cleanliness. They do have a nice outdoor seating and a great location within the Avenue at East Cobb. But unfortunately those are the only two noticable highlights of this Panera location.
As usual, Customer service of Plaza East Cobb Avenue is very bad. On 04/12/22 my daughter and I made a order at 11:24am from a Classic grilled for togo. The cashier's attendant said it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes gave me the order!
Thai Chicken soup is great! Half Tuna salad on sourdough and great iced tea - several flavors. Outdoor seating. Pick up a bakery item for dessert.
Delivered via UberEats. Called the restaurant twice and could not get a human on the phone. The portions on these 2 sandwiches are just not okay…..especially the chicken salad!! I let UberEats know but they will not refund based on “poor quantity”.
