Way too pricey for what they sell, not the best customer service , most of the items they sell are good but not worth the price

I was very excited to come try this place out because there were a lot of good reviews. I arrived right around 8:15 feeling happy that I arrived before the shop closed at 9. When I walked up to the door to go inside, the door was locked so I tried the one next to it, and it was also locked. There were 2 people inside (workers) who looked at us and then turned around and continued to clean up their facility. It’s such an inconvenience and UNPROFESSIONAL for a store to have a sign outside that says their hours are from 9 am- 9 pm and these same hours online only for them to close almost an hour early. It just screams bad business. Many people arrived after us, and everyone was ignored.
Helps to have a rudimentary grasp of Spanish, but if not check the picture menu on the wall.
