They're only open for dine-in for lunch. We thought the food was good!

I go here for lunch often when I'm in the area. Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef are both fire. Comes with rice, soup, and an egg roll for under 13 bucks.

Good food and a nice atmosphere! 4 stars instead of 5 due to table being a bit sticky, not visibly dirty but sticky when touched.

Went here for lunch, right about 1pm. Place was fairly empty. I had general tso chicken with wanton soup. The soup was watery, flavorless and had chunks of romaine lettuce in it. The chicken was dry and hard. The server was short and clearly did not want to be there. Didn't even think to take a picture of the food as even the plate looked lackluster. We will not return.

Young male answered phone at approximately 6:00pm on December 12, 2021. He ask to put me on hold, but forgot about me with the phone laying on the counter. While the phone laid on the counter, I heard him check out two pick up order customers, he took an order from a walk in customer, and took a phone order that I heard ring in after my call. I waited about 5 minutes then gave up waiting. I immediately called back, then he asked to put me on hold again. I told him he had forgotten about me when I previously called and he had me on hold for about five minutes. Didn't matter, he rudely continued, hold for a second please. Terrible customer service, and I will not come back to this restaurant. To the management, your young customer service guy has lost you a long time customer. I have zero tolerance for that kind of treatment for a customer service representative. If he worked for me and I found out about that, he would fired on the spot.

We have always liked this place. Have been coming here since the last location. But everytime we come dining isn't allowed inside. Every other restaurant in town is open. Hopefully they will open back up soon

New Lucky China has been a mainstay for our family for many years. It used to be beside the Kroger across Shallowford Road, but moved several years ago to its current location. The seating is now much less crowded then before and the atmosphere much more modern. The ownership/management did change, but the menu stayed relatively consistent. The food is the typical Americanized Chinese food and they do have a decent (cheaper) lunch menu with the usual favorites. In the last couple of years they have also expanded their menu to include various sushi items; I can neither confirm nor deny the quality of the sushi as I have never had it (I absolutely hate the smell and taste of noori). There are a mixture of quite a number of booths (up to about 6 people per squeezed in but 4 comfortably) plus a number of center tables as well.It has always been clean when we were there, and the kitchen noises are muffled behind a dining area wall (unless you sit by one of the 2 kitchen entryways). With the management/ownership change, the wait staff changed as well. Much less friendly, but still quite functional and businesslike. Dont expect to chit chat with them.My favorite dinner meal is the Subgum Tofo Bowl that also includes beef, shrimp, chicken and pork with the vegetables. It's good for two meals for me with the compliment of rice.I'm not a fan of chicken wings with the dine-in lunches, but they have been known to substitute another egg roll for the wing if asked to do so.Their takeout is relatively fast and is normally at the front desk if we get there in the time they tell us it will take.

The best dine-in Chinese restaurant in town by far! And the lunch prices are reasonable and portions are perfect! Love this place!!

I'm new to the area and tried them out. I love Chinese food and so far it's been the best I've tried. The food is always delicious and the service has been good and quick. Anyway, the only reason I took off one star was because of the fried rice. I've never had fried rice that doesn't have anything at all in it, just white rice colored with soy sauce and nothing else in it. They should fix that or not call it fried rice. I don't mind paying an extra small charge for real fried rice instead of white rice.

Wonton soup was delicious. Sister got lo mein.
