I’ve ordered the vegan general tofu and it was delicious!
The food is good, the service is bad, a little pricey too. Every time we order out, they say it will be ready in 15min. I show up in 15min and have to still wait another 10min once I arrive. EVERYTIME! I called today, placed an order, called back 30 seconds later to modify that order. They said they had already cooked the meal and it couldn’t be changed. I don’t believe them one bit.UPDATE: Show me a pick of those times. The calls were made on my wife's phone. I'll get a pic of those time stamps and post.We'll see if they match. The reality is that due to your continued poor customer service you've lost our family as customers. We've found somewhere else to eat in the future. The correct response at the time was that you'd be happy to help out your regular customers. The correct response to this review should have been to apology for our bad experience and you'd like another chance to serve us well in the future. The response you gave only goes to show your attitude of not valuing customer service. If your wait time really is 25-30min you just need to say that, but you don't. I don't take offense to any of your treatment, I just would rather go somewhere else.
Ordered the sesame chicken combo and it tasted like someone spilled salt all over it. Inedible and a waste of money. Chicken wing (actually it was a drumette) that came with the combo was dry and old. Will not eat here again.
I had chicken and broccoli and it was pretty good! I wish they would have cut the stalks off more! My dad got sweet and sour chicken and he liked it but said the sauce was too vinegary.Get in some fresh fortune cookies and add peas, chopped carrots and scrambled eggs to your "Regular fried rice" and you'll get 5 stars!
We've ordered delivery from Mr. Wok at least once a month for the past two years. The food is always hot and tasty! The vegetables are fresh and not overcooked, unlike some places that treat them like an afterthought. Beef and snow peas and chicken with black bean sauce are favorites!We also like that we can get delivery through the restaurant, not a delivery service - our money goes to local businesses and not unethical third party companies! Delivery is usually super fast and always friendly.
They raised their price quite substantially and the prices on the take out menu is outdated.
Good American Chinese food. All the dishes were pretty good. I usually get the Kung Pao Chicken and they have as decent amount of veggies and chicken on it.
