We eat Indian Cuisine every week, and this week decided to go to Moon Indian Cuisine lunch buffet as the listed price was $10. The food was good, and my review if based on flavor would be higher. When we checked out, they charged my daughter and grandson each $15.99, and our 9 year old $9.99 which we told them that was not the advertised price in their website ( buffet price is now off the website). The receipt additionally showed the 6% GA state tax/Cobb county tax and an additional 2-1/2% tax which I asked them what is the additional tax for and he kept saying it was for GA and Cobb county tax. My receipt fkr 2 adults and 1 soda tax should have been $2.09 at 6%, they charged me $2.97 tax which is 8-1/2 tax. My background is sales and use tax and Ga is 4% Cobb is 2% that does not equal 8-1/2 -%. He then told me the 2-1/2% tax was for credit card sales, he did not know we were paying cash or card prior to printing our ticket, I told him I would be paying cash and he said same price. They they are charging customers an additional 2-1/2% tax stated at Tax2 on the receipt. I will be turning our receipts over to the GDOR to let them investigate any tax fraud to customers. We will NOT be coming back here, we will stick to the other wonderful I Dian Restaurants in Kennesaw.
This is my favorite Indian restaurant! Good prices, good amount of food for the price, and I appreciate that they give you a decent sized container of white rice. I recently tried another place in Atlanta that couldn't even compete with this place. They always get my order right and it's done pretty quickly! Will continue to order from here!
Took my son who loves Indian food. It was so good, and now one of my favorite places to eat.
Tandoori chicken was good. Would have liked hot chapatis, some regions are not big on chapati. Glubjamins are a nice dessert- please consider adding glubjamin for the wife. Bitter-melon is also nice to aid digestion. Enjoyed your genuine cuisine, would do again.
Really delicious food and excellent service. Been here several times over the years and never been disappointed with anything I've tried. Today I got the lamb jalfreezi and requested it to be slightly spicier and it was perfect. The lamb was tender and fall apart, really tasty, and not rubbery or fatty like some places will do with lamb. Thank you for the lovely dinner after a hard day.
My wife and I had dinner at Moon this past Friday night 3/11/22. the service was friendly and professional. The music was outstanding, not your typical bollywood. We both decided to try a different dish and we ordered the chicken curry. The curry was as excellent as all the other dishes we have had there. The restaurant it a good value and we highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic Butter Chicken and Paneer Pakoras. Amazing first impression and the best I've had in Georgia for what I'm looking for in an Indian Resturant. I hope my next visits are as good as this first!
Ordered takeout for 8 people and these guys did it right. They got the order and the spice level perfect. The flavors and the ingredients were top notch (i.e., big shrimp, good cuts of lamb). The portions on the entrees were not that big but I'll take the quality over quantity every time. Will definitely be back.
Horrible food and pathetic service.. most of us ordered biryani, goat and lamb, while serving asked to “figure out ourself” (the spice level n meat type) forgot to get rice with paneer dish when asked gently he replied “I have only two hand and I know when to get the food” my son was kept waiting for 15 mints. They also forgot to get one biryani order and upon reminding food was delivered when almost everyone were done with dinner. Utter disappointment and rude server!!! - Lady who took the order was nice but male server phrases like “figure out urself” , I know when to get food”, “I have only two hands” etc on a Monday night after patiently waiting for 30-40 mint is not acceptable.
