Foods warm, salsa is ok...Service is just ok...

Quesadilla Rojo is SO tasty: freshly prepared, so fast . . . WAY more than I can eat, so I always get a to-go box . . . YUM! In and out in 30 minutes!

Visited location on a Tuesday at lunch time.I had the Shrimp Burrito. And it was great!! Big Burrito- stuffed with rice, beans, lettuce, pico, cheese, smothered in white queso. The chips (thin and crispy) and salsa was good, too.

Consistent food quality and timely service with fair prices make them an excellent lunch option.

Monterrey has been a squadron favorite for years. We knick named it "Back gate" Mexican. I love the Jimador salad with fajita steak. The food and service are great.

The food and service are always A1!! This is my first visit post covid. Everything is still great!! The margaritas are A1!!!! I've never had a bad visit at Monterrey's!!

I order Ubereats from here almost every single day, if not, every other day because we love the food here. Unfortunately, I will no longer support this location. I simply called and asked to change my hard shell taco to a soft shell taco after the order was made. The man who answered the phone who went by Louis, tells me no bc it will cost them money.. I asked how much it would be and he said $5. I said I would give him credit card information over the phone, he said no. I said I would pay more than that over the phone and he still said no. I told him about our ordering there almost daily and that it’s terrible customer service at this point. I said I would leave a review and he said “you are free to do what you want to do”. So here I am, letting people know that if you need the simplest change and even offer extra money, they will not do it, Louis that is. I work in the bar/restaurant management business for the past 15 years. I would have just done it but he used his power of saying no to his advantage to make sure the customer was not pleased. Also, just lost an almost daily customer.Hopefully they can get better staff to answer the phone and handle situations bc not everyone is like that and I hope they have some good people on their staff that will treat people better.As an owner, I would be tremendously embarrassed to have him on my team.
