Used to be better, but tonight's experience was a real let down. One of my favorite parts of going to Moe's is the variety of salsas. Tonight they had literally one choice - a really chunky mild. Good if that's all you want, but I want spicy salsas to mix with the medium options. There was none of that. Just the spicy sauce in the bottle - which does not replace a salsa. And they didn't have any cookie choices for my kid's kid's meal - just 1 option and unfortunately not one she likes.

Absolutely the worst Moe’s we’ve ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of half their ingredients. Can’t blame Covid as it’s been happening for YEARS now.None of their employees want to be there and it seems like owners/management got handed the store and don’t want it. Whatever it is, they don’t know how to manage a store.
Excellent service and food. The manager really seems to know his job well. I've eaten at many Moe's restaurants and this one is the best, by far. Will definitely visit here again when I'm hack in the area.
Make sure to double check your orders from this location. They get it wrong 3 of 4 times. And if you want more than 10 chips in your bag you will have to go back and ask for more. And if you call they pick up the phone, put it on, hold then hang it up. I understand being short staffed and busy. It sucks.. But so does driving 30 minutes and then finding out you didn't get what you paid for. And if you do catch their mistake for them, you still have to wait in line for them to fix it negating the purpose of preordering.

Horrible service. Food did not taste fresh and the chips were drenched in oil..
Everyone was SO nice, they all had AMAZING attitudes, coming in you could just sense this genuine happy, team, attitude, they were very patient. It was obvious they had a lot of VERY new ppl on staff and they were all doing AMAZING. Daniel was so helpful, really taking the lead, again, so patient and kind and charismatic and it was AWESOME seeing how he was directing the line. All the guys on staff should get bonuses simply for being so nice and good at their jobs
Absolutely TERRIBLE location. DO NOT give them your business. Went there before an event to grab something quick and they decided to be closed for an hour (with no timeline) to fill a $200 online order. There were only two people inside eating. Most unprofessional and inconvenient situation we have ever come across.
