The stars I gave were for the service. Awesome server who was very attentive. Gluten free pasta WAY overcooked. Sauce was eh. I love the one in buckhead… not sure what happened at this location…. Maybe if you can take advantage of the fresh pasta it is good….
It was really good food. We had a large birthday party and we were allowed to bring in a homemade cake and brownies, light candles, and sing happy birthday loudly. My friend did get some undercooked pasta but everyone else's food was great and a good portion size too. The lighting was also really nice and dim and the kitchen was open.

This hidden gem, at least from me, is the best Italian restaurant I have ever had in Georgia! I am from NJ and unfortunately it has been extremely hard to find authentic anything here. I ordered delivery Thursday and it was excellent. I ordered the capanelli pasta with crab meat sauce, tiramasu and salad. You can taste the homemade sauce and pasta. EXCELLENT! I went there for lunch today and had the shrimp and lobster ravioli with tomato soup and cheesecake, I don't know why I didn't order two of everything!!! I think I'm going to have to go back for dinner lol Thank you Jaimi for the excellent service, even with my takeout. Super friendly and professional...like I stated, I will be back ?
I love coming here! The staff is so friendly and the pasta is unbeatable. Definitely would recommend!
Love this place! Nice atmosphere, delicious, fresh made pasta, and a variety of homemade sauces. I normally get the 4 cheese ravioli, with the tomatoes, mozzarella and EVOO sauce. It's so good! But, there's tons of other combinations, too. A bit pricey, but worth it since it isn't just boxed pasta. Definitely recommend!!
Our family has been regular customers at Mirko, probably at least monthly, orders to go, multiple birthday dinners, and so on. At about 7pm yesterday evening, my 15-year-old daughter and a friend walked to Mirko after watching a movie to get dinner. Only about 3 tables were occupied. One person was greeting guests and waiting on tables. Upon asking for a table, he told them that it'd be about 5-10 minutes. They waited. He later told them again that it'd be about 5-10 minutes. Again, they waited. Twenty minutes passed, and the Mirko staff continued basically ignoring them. They never even were seated - Mirko basically ignored the teenagers until they left. Needless to say, our family won't spend another dollar at Mirko. This is how a restaurant puts itself out of business.
After 2 years in Atlanta, I finally found the authentic Italian restaurant I’ve been searching for. I stumbled upon this hidden gem by accident and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of food, service, and ambiance. I’m very critical of Italian restaurants and Mirko is far above average! I was pleased to find out they also have a Buckhead location, which I will be visiting soon!
My wife and I love Mirko and this location, especially. The owner and staff make it a great, personal experience every time. The food is quality and consistent.
Every item we ordered was fresh and tasty! Our kids ate like they were not fed in weeks! We had Pasta, Chocolate mousse, Crepes! Chef Puntos 5 stars to you for delicious meal and it was served promptly with a smile. We will be your regulars!!!
