It took a while to get a server to our table after seating. And took a long time to get our food. But, our server, Mary Kate, was outstanding. If we go back, it will be because of her.
Let me start off by saying I love mellow mushroom food! I really have never experienced anything like this at any other mellow mushroom store. I walked in with my two young children, no one was at the hostess desk, there was probably three or four people seated at tables/the bar. I sat and waited for somebody to come help me, for about five minutes, once someone finally came and took my order, 1 medium pizza & a small Cesar Salad. I continued to wait for about another 20 to 30 minutes, with two young children. When I went to ask how much longer my order would be, I’m informed that my order had not even been put in! I also feel I need to state that the person who took my order walked past me multiple times after taking my order, did not act like she didn’t put my order in. Everyone else in this restaurant saw me waiting with my two children and not one other staff members said a single thing to me. I had to end up walking out with nothing because I wasn’t gonna wait another 20 minutes with my two young kids for my order to finally be ready. I’m completely unpleased with my experience at this location and it doesn’t make me want to come back.
Please do not visit if you want your food served in a timely manner. The first time I went to this particular location, I gave them a past on receiving my food approx. 45 mins later. Today on 04/03/2022 @ 1:48pm, 40 mins later and NO food. I am done with this location. No explanation or concern given!!! The worst Mellow Mushroom!!!
Kind of a ling wait for our pizza but it was worth the wait! Pizza was GREAT and the atmosphere was wonderful too!
Very nice server. Was not that crowded but it took a long time to get our food. Also my meatball sub was almost burnt. The meat was dry and the edges were burnt. The bread was good but edges were burnt also. Granddaughters pizza crust was almost black also.
Due to food allergies, I had the gluten free crust with vegan cheese. It was delicious ? I was extremely happy with the taste!
Ordered “club sandwich”. It came with kettle chips.Sandwich was absolutely THE worst club sandwich I’ve ever eaten. This thing didn’t even resemble a legitimate club.
First of all the place is aesthetically pleasing and the food is great! The best part about the place is the employees, most specifically Brenna (Gm) and Molly (DM). I will continue to frequent this place as often as possible. You can stop reading now and pull up for an awesome experience ?

Terrible experience! Glass was dirty and waitress brought us another glass but forgot to put a fresh drink in it. I guess we were supposed to pour the liquid from the dirty glass into the clean one. Waitress and on duty manager were too busy talking about Christmas shopping and not taking care of customers. Will not dine here again!
