I love Quarter Pounders w/Cheese. But on this night in the early morning hours, I was given one that was completely awful. Bad taste.I placed my order at the drive through window. It seems people don't care about good quality foods anymore.When you place your order at a drive through, you need to be able to trust your food will be fresh and hot. I don't have time to sit there and check everything.Did I let them know I had a problem with my order? No! It was not worth my time and gas driving back to the restaurant. I simply had to thrash my order and get over my disappointment with this McDonald's.
They are trying… I Tried a new delivery option -Bring out to the Car. Order took a bit longer; The young man was pleasant; Food Package sealed nicely, but fries were cold. Iced Tea wrong; and Menu still has no ice cream
Great customer service. But the lady at the 1st window could have been a little nicer . But the girl at the second window made up for her . Very delightful and the manager asked me how I was doing. Keep up the good work. I know that drive thru gets hammered all day long ?
They were extremely short staffed. I ordered 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers and a large fry for inside pickup, to go. Took them 32min to finally call my number. Food did taste good though!
Woman working the drive thru orders was polite, quick, and efficient. The man at the payment window was incredibly nice and had a cool hoodie on. The lady at the pickup window was super polite, had cool hair and was in a great mood. And the food was HOT! I mean my girlfriend burnt her tongue on the fries. Utter deliciousness. Don’t usually pass through here but won’t go to any other McDonald’s but this one in the area. Love love love
This location is THE BEST McDonald’s in the area. My food was hot and fresh, fries were nice and salty. Oh yeah they remembered my sauces and gave me plenty. I had to wait for my cookies so they gave me double! Awesome staff!
The fast food industry would be so much better if workers would make customer’s food how they would want their food made. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that wasn’t cooked to order and there was one little pickle and very very little sauce! Unacceptable! The picture speaks for itself. Gots to do better.
The worst McD staff, I have ever seen. I did curbside pickup and waited outside for more than 15 min for someone to bring the order. But no one came and eventually I went inside the store and asked the person for a curbside order but he refused to have any order. I tried to show him in app but he didn't look. Then I saw my order lying on the table and when I asked for a store manager and he didn't come for next 5 min. When he came and I asked why didn't you bring it outside, even after looking at the order, he said he don't know about order, all are busy so they didn't bring it outside. I asked them why don't you turn of curbside pickup he said talk to corporate office. He was so rude that I can't explain. Looked like he was ready to take a fight.
Ordered on the app, it said they would bring my food out, they never did. Dining room was closed, they wouldn't answer the phone, and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building the entire time with at least a 20 minute wait. Don't order curbside here or you are just giving your money away and never get your order. I left after a half hour still hungry and everything else was closed for the night.
This was the WORST McDonalds experience we have ever experienced. First off they didnt even deliver the order to our car for curbside and I had to walk in the restaurant after waiting 20 mins. When we arrived home we noticed that they were missing the sauces, cookies and the hamburger we ordered was a cheeseburger and the fries had no salt. PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A MCDONALDS RESTAURANT.
