Stopped here for lunch today because the hubby had stopped at this location a few weeks back. It is the best McDonald’s I have been to in a very long time! Everything was clean, the cashier was very friendly and the food was good! Every McDonald’s should be this nice ✌?

Ordered our dinner on the road. Pulled back onto I75 only to discover that our burgers (that we had to wait for), weren't cooked and still very pink! Should have just taken our money and thrown it away. Only the chicken sandwich was edible.

Extremely busy and seems to be really understaffed I would assume that the orders being served are being recycled from orders other customers left because they were waiting far to long burgers are kinda soggy and the fries are not always fresh and taste like the oil doesn't get changed at times probably because they don't have the time to. the people are great but there are times they look unpleasant maybe because they are overwhelmed by the traffic and happy hrs.. I think this could be a great McDonald's based on its location and sometimes you get lucky with a fresh tasting meal when it's not busy

The manager here from Florida!! Her customer service was so good I was scared. I except rude from McDonald's but she was so pleasant to talk to!!! The food was fresh too! Love it.

I had opportunities to visit this establishment, as well as another area McD's, Windy's and Popey's. I must say, this McD's on Delk Road was noticeably well managed; what one recalls from "the old days".The gentleman must have been a District Manager as pointers were given to a lead, or manager as he observed from the dining area. Ordering was smooth, the product just as I would anticipate, and pricing was reasonable. The other three establishments identified are all on Windy Hill Road. The employees not only wore street clothes as they prepared my orders, but some had the individual's own character added in the form of added personal clothing. Ordering was chaotic, managers had zero control over their crews, which is inefficient, creates a backlog of customers waiting, and employees socialized, or did anything except their jobs. At Windy's, at one point, a young lady that was a cashier went on break outside. All at once, two young men fulfilling orders in back walked away from their stations and joined the young lady outside. I laughed as the manager was taking orders for the drive through, took fries out of the grease as alarms were going off,and was making burgers. I recall thinking I was walk outside and inform anyone not scheduled for a break they would no longer be welcomed in the store, as a customer, but as of that moment being a former employee. I observed that inability to effectively manage at the three restaurants on Windy Hill Road. The scenario I describe above was completely different from the Delk Road McD's. That store is well run, the employees do their job, and I.witnessed management coaching his subordinates, which is what I.would expect in a store with that obvious volume. It was nice to see that someone cared about impression, quality and image. Now, visit the Windy Hill store because that place is a zoo and not what I expect from McD's or Windy's. Popeye's just needs to stop faking their combos, the quantity in their surf meal, and honest...it's a few shrimp in the bottom of an oversized box. Get real.McD's Delk Road = A+

0 stars … worst McDonald’s ever no type of professionalism in the entire building. I waited 20 minutes at the front counter for 6 sauces, that is all I wanted no food just sauce. After walking in and not being greeted I asked for help and told them I wanted six sauces and was told to give me a minute and watched her go do 4 - 6 drive-thru orders instead. Even after someone else came in ask for help she said if you want to order, order off of the kiosk it took a another employee to come for anyone to get help in the front. This place should be shut down and replaced with a Dell taco.

Terribly slow, the person taking my order continuously interrupted me and seemed to not have a care in the world of where she was or what she was currently doing. The order was correct, so I am fairly rating for that. For how long it took you would think we would have the correct utensils, i.e. a 3 person order without a single straw or napkins.

Cynthia is superb, and has proven that customer satisfaction is her top priority. She is a great communicator as far as I've seen. I just thought that management should know, and take notice. Which I'm sure she's already one. She either is, or should be. Thank you again for being so considerate.

So I don’t know if it’s the management their or what but it’s always something with the curly head young Hispanic female. So on this particular morning there were only three people in line . We ordered and had to sit and wait for 15-20 for our food. I asked the young man in the back drive through if he could just hand me my food he came back and said that they would be moving soon. 10 minutes later we are still waiting. I only ordered the sausage and egg McGriddle and fresh hash brown. But get this the sandwich had cheese and the hash brown was cold. I was so mad I just left. For this McDonalds to be in the location it’s in the management staff is so not welcoming

The wait was a little long and I was asked to pull forward & wait for my food after paying. But the order was correct so no issues here. Also, I'm not going to dock them points but definitely check your bag if you ask for extra ketchup/sauce because I definitely didn't get it. They have some work to do when it comes to staffing, but nowadays who doesn't have that problem.
