Tried to get food there on Sunday 7/17/2022 around 630pm but they were closed. If you are closed at this time please edit your hours online. I see there are other people who have left reviews where the place was closed before 8pm. Owner/upper management please ensure your staff are keeping to store hours and not closing early. This could be due to laziness and/or the manager working not doing their job.

Typical McAlister - good sandwiches, piled high with deli meats, large soft drinks, and a array of sides. McAlister also serves salads but I've never had one - I go for the sandwiches. Order at the counter & if you're eating in the store, they bring it to your table. Every McAlister I've been in has been clean & the service is good. They've been short-staffed in the last two I've been in recently - in two different states - but the folks on duty hustle and the wait for your food is only marginally longer than pre-covid - they do it better than many other fast-food/quick-service establishments I've patronized of late. I recommend the chain if you want a departure from burgers, tacos, or fried chicken.

My first time here was great! We ordered the McAllister's Club & The New Yorker and loved every bite!!!! George came through with exceptional service as well as Chakira! We appreciate them both for taking care of us and making sure we got the best McAlisters experience. Thank y'all soo much! We'll be back soon !

Good sandwiches great salad until..Update ( 3 days later) ordered sandwiches for the weekend and they were all dry. Tasted nothing like during the week. I dropped it a star because it was apparent they rushed through the order. All the presentation and tastiness from the previous two days are gone. #dry #rushed #NotTasty

I have been to a few other McAlisters including the original in Oxford. This one was OK. Food was decent and employees really didn't seem to interested in working. I know it's the times we live in but if you don't like what you do for work find another place to work.

First of all, let me say that DoorDash is T-RAAAASSSHHH! Today I ordered lunch through the website and opted for it to be delivered. The delivery was through DoorDash?. I’m following the timeline of my order and it said that it was delivered, but I didn’t have my food. So I called the store and spoke with GG, the store manager and she sincerely apologized and swiftly remedied the situation. I got to the store and could tell right away that things were a bit hectic, but she kept her composure and got my order correct, hot, and fresh. I do greatly appreciate her and her hard working team for correcting the mistake that first took place. Thank you so much McAlister’s Marietta!!

I don't know who's preparing the food at McAlister's here lately, but there's a significant difference in the way our sandwiches are prepared now, which is very different from the way the young man prepared our food last year. My guess is that it's hard to keep top of the line help in the fast food industry, especially if the wages aren't competitive.

I ordered the choose 2 - chipotle chicken sandwich with the steak and gorgonzola salad. There was also a plate of ultimate nachos shared for the table. It was all SO good. I cleaned my plate! Haha. The restaurant was crowded, and I think a little understaffed because we seemed to wait for a little while for our order. However, they did the best that they could.

Our order did not go smoothly, mostly due to door dash (over which the store doesn't have control) and partially due to a kitchen mistake. You can't expect things to go right every time, but when it doesn't it's an opportunity to really see how a place operates. The new General Manager Gigi took that opportunity and did everything in her power to make it right.
