I was really enjoying my experience until a small table of 4 wanted to start watching basketball on the big screen -with sound! The manager accommodated everyone by turning the sound down a little. I grew up with a brother 6’7” and enjoyed watching him but that’s at a venue specific for sports not a restaurant. Play music and keep tvs on mute!
I will say the food was pretty good. The server, Ashley was helpful in recommending the beef stroganoff and it was pretty good. However, the blonde bartender on the other side of the bar where we went to play pool, made it very uncomfortable for my fiance and I, making very overt passes at him, so we left. Check your staff!!!
We read the reviews about the food being good and thought we’d give it a try. This place is in serious need of a remodel…or a wrecking ball. It’s filthy. The strong smell of stale smoke was enough to make us turn on our heels and leave. If this is what the public sees, it’s chilling to think of what horrors await customers who order food from the kitchen.
Loved our date night at Mazzys! It was our first time and we will definitely be back! Environment set up was great! Austin and Julia were super cool and helpful. Food was wonderful and drinks were perfect! Definitely a fun time ?
I’ve been hearing the rumors of the racism at this place. They’re correct. We just aren’t getting treated that same as our white counterparts in this establishment. My friends and I will not be returning.
I see that whoever the manager is who responds to these complaints always has something snide to say. However this place is just not the same, the staff use to be amazing but over the past few months they all act like they don’t want to be there. If you don’t like your job then quit. The manager really should think about cleaning shop. I will not be spending my hard earned money to get the wrong food and then an attitude. 0 stars.
This place has become bad over the years , I came with a friend to grab some food. And not even 2 minutes into us pulling into the parking lot , we noticed there’s a full out brawl in front of the restaurant. Workers and customers all out in front of the restaurant scream, cursing , and throwing punches. How embarrassing, will never come back.
food is actually very good; 1/2 wait staff is excellent and other 1/2 a negative asset to the company. It’s a fun place to hang out but pool tables for which they charge an exhorbitant price are in horrible condition and need recovering and new bumpers.
Zero atmosphere. Boxes and stuff laying around. Food was good. Served in plastic baskets. Lots of tvs..not recommended for a meal. Poker maybe or an activity.
Mazzy food is pretty good for bar food. They have a pretty big menu and so far I've had several different items from here and they all were good. If your coming here to play pool most of the pool tables are in the back of the restaurant and people do smoke ??
