mark was our waiter he was amazing. food was good and the cake fantastic.

I have been here several times and the food and service never disappoint. Great food, fast and friendly service. The owner even checks on every table at least twice throughout your meal. Highly recommend this restaurant. Check it out, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Awesome first time experience. Will definitely come back!

Not a real good visit. In the past we've had no issues. This visit on June 4th the food on my husband's plate was over cooked and cold. Mine the tortillas were hard. Salad and bread was the only good thing about our meal

I would rate this place higher but I need a larger sample size (from the menu). Went there for lunch and kept it simple (fish and chips). Good portion size and food was made exactly as I ordered it. The waitress (bartender, as I sat at the bar) was attentive and helpful. Place was clean and spacious (very well maintained). Prices are a bit high but (may be worth it depending on what you order).

Service was great, although the host was somewhat aloof. Managers: Your host is the customer's first impression, and should be trained to smile and greet guests in a friendly manner. Interior was inviting and well decorated, but needs some TLC to clean the dust off the artificial plants and decorations. The menu includes whole catfish, which was a nice surprise, but sadly they don't know how to cook it for easy deboning, and inexplicably they cut into it several times with a knife. Word of advice to first timers: The complimentary bread will have a large open space inside the loaf bordered with soft soggy edges that look like raw dough, but it's actually baked with cream cheese, so that's intentional. If you want actual butter instead of soybean oil, you'll have to request it specifically. They offer several items that are not on the menu, so ask the server if you don't see something. E.g., the only fried seafood combos on the menu have 5 or 6 items, but they were happy to prepare a combo of just shrimp and clams for me. The large shrimp were delicious, but unfortunately the clams were not cleaned very well, so it was literally eating gritty sand. The server handled it very professionally, and made it good, but course, I highly recommend avoiding the clams. They absolutely bring more hush puppies than you could ever eat, and those were good. This restaurant is practically a local landmark, so it's not going away anytime soon.

The food was 4 stars or more but due to missing multiple parts of our order I had to rate it overall a 3. Ordered fish and chips, but was missing the coleslaw, hushpuppies, and remoulade sauce. We also ordered the mussels appetizer(taste amazing) but didn't get the garlic french bread. Was excited to give this meal to my wife for mother's day to spoil her, but was a little short. :(Make sure to try the Baked Salmon Ambassador it's amazing.

Went Saturday evening, the day before Mother's Day. Only a 45 minute wait. The six of us had a wonderful time. Our waiter was awesome. They didn't have watermelon for watermelon margaritas, so I ordered the Peach, it was delicious. All food was tasty. I loved the broiled seafood platter. Everyone ordered something different, and were satisfied as well with their choices. Elsewhere- We must have been seated near a speaker, the music was a bit loud. Restroom was in need of attention, out of toilet seat covers, big rolls of paper towels on the wet counter. Two employees were in there, they washed their hands well after using the restroom, which was nice to see. The dessert case is a must, HUGE portions of the most delicious desserts! I had the key lime cheesecake.

The food was absolutely amazing! Every entree looked and tasted just as menu described. Waiter was on point, and the ambiance was great as well. I definitely would recommend this eatery❤️

First time dining here. I think I enjoyed the ambience and the environment a little more than the food. The artwork and especially the fish tank is quite lovely. For the price you pay, I feel the food could've been just a tad fresher, tastier and displayed better on the plate. Presentation is everything when it is costing you $20-30 per person. The dish ordered just had the fries, flounder and shrimp all thrown on top of one another. The hush puppies were extremely small, at first we were not even sure what they actually were. The salad and rolls served were actually quite plentiful. I feel again at that price, real butter would've been better than a margarine spread. At first we thought our rolls were not completely done on the inside but now we believe perhaps it was a type of cream cheese? They were fairly tasty. Our seafood was ok but just not in the excellent range that one would expect for the price. Our waiter was pleasant enough but he just seemed a little spacey. He kept forgetting items we requested and brought other items to us that we already had on the table. We are not sure what that was all about. Overall, we had a fairly pleasant dining experience, but I think next time I will just eat at my local Red Lobster. It was a long drive for us, and unfortunately just did not live up to the hype, for myself personally, maybe it was just the dish I selected. Thank you.
