We eat at our local Longhorn about every 2 months. Today's visit is by far the worst we've ever encountered. After being seated, we noticed a very pungent sour smell, but we were starving so we ordered. The bread and wild west shrimp were delicious. While waiting for our food, I then noticed how disgusting the ceiling and vents were. Then our food came out. My sons burger that was ordered medium was raw. My Ribeye that was ordered medium, was not quite as bad as well done. And it had so much salt on it, i choked on the first bite. We ate no more and took oir shrimp to go after paying the full bill. Our server asked about all the food left on our plates. I gave him the same review and their next step was to just simply charge my card. No one other than the server offered apologies for the horrible food. I hate giving a 1 star rating.... if there was a zero rating, I would have selected that. Very disappointed.
We were kinda late getting there but our waiter, Chris, was absolutely wonderful! Never rushed us and was just a very polite person. Thanks Chris
The service here was amazing, we were served very quickly, the waitress was very friendly. I must say that the food was excellent. I really loved my dish, it was extremely delicious. I ordered the longhorn plate medium rare, it was fresh and juicy. the mac and cheese tasted amazing. My husband ordered a super juicy ribeye, good flavor. He ordered Brussels sprouts, definitely the best we've ever eaten. Everything was delicious, I really recommend it. 100000%
We eat here regularly and service and food are always great. Sometimes the mixed drinks are not as good as other times, but today was exceptional. Being Mother's day I was expecting a long wait, but it was only 15 minutes. Drinks were perfect and our server, Savanah, was amazing. Very attentive and friendly even though she has several tables.
Great place to eat. I had the lamb chops for the first time and they were awesome.. Get down there and get you some. They are only there for a limited time..
More like 2.5 ⭐️⭐️Went there with my boy. Had a beautiful ribeye that was perfectly cooked to my order. The only thing a little off was timing. We were eating our salads when our appetizers were presented. Then just a few minutes passed and they brought out the entrée with no space to put stuff. Just felt a wee bit rushed. Still eating when the bill came. Dulled the experience for me. Still, the food was delicious. Wish we weren't so rushed.
A group of eight of us had dinner at LongHorn last night. It was for a birthday, so we phoned ahead and got seated fairly quickly. That’s where the “quickly” ended. We were asked our drinks order when we sat down, but were there over an hour and still only received our drinks, bread, and salads -the photo is after we were there 65 minutes. It was also pricier than I remembered, but the cost of food is going up.I would have rated lower than three stars, but the food was really good, and other than speed, the server was also good. The Parmesan stuffed mushroom appetizer and roasted Brussel sprouts were delicious, the steak was superb as always. They also brought out an ice cream dessert for the birthday girl. The only real drawbacks were the excessively long wait, the price, and they were out of baked potatoes.
Alex is our favorite! He is always happy to be there, quick and very attentive. He knows my son is obsessed with the bread, he makes sure to bring extra for him without question. Food has never failed. It's always spot on ? Def a better option that other things nearby...
I just sent $58 on food I can't eat. The cook obviously likes black pepper...my steak , fries and chicken had so much pepper on them I couldn't eat it...and the steak, fries, bread were overcooked. I scraped some of the pepper off..
Great food and customer service. The sweet tea was good. The bartender was our server. Very nice and knew the menu.
