Not what I expected to find in Marietta, GA, but one AMAZING meal. Fabulous food with authentic Mexican flavor, perfect pico de gallo, juicy and tender meats well balanced with lusciously grilled peppers and onions. The service was welcoming and friendly, with the drinks and food arriving efficiently. Overall a great experience we will be repeating for sure!!
This Location is a little bit different than the other location because The CSX Atlanta Terminal Subdivision Train Tracks was next to the restaurant and It has a nice indoor and outdoor seating and nice portions of food and drinks for the people and nice staff to serve our meals and combos.
Pros: So, the food was delicious. The food was fresh and hot. The food came in a reasonable amount of time given the crowd. Cons: The service (waitress) wasn't that great though. Very impatient, bought no napkins, and didn't have good listening skills. FYI: I got the vegetarian bowl. $11.40. just in case someone is interested in what I purchased.
I visited the Howell Mill location after visting this one, and this one is way better. I like the ambience of this intimate restaurant, and the food is definitely good. The Texas taco loco was delicious, good portions of meat, and the price was affordable. Wish I had taken a picture. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the one stall in the bathroom. At times, that can lead to a line of ladies just standing at the door waiting. But other than that, I definitely see why it's hard to find parking here. I certainly plan to go again when in the area.
We were seated when we arrived. Our waiter was delightful and very helpful. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The menu had many choices. The prices were average for most Mexican restaurants. The freshly guacamole was made, I highly recommend it. The dining area was very clean. The wait staff were all friendly. When we get back to that area again, we will stop by for lunch.
Went for lunch today with my daughter and twin granddaughters. It was the first time we've taken them out and it was a challenge for us. Our waitress was very kind and quick getting us our food and bill. Everything we had taste d very good!
I went here today and the waiter was new. There was nobody helping or I'm assuming training him. He took half of the time entering our orders into the computer. We didn't get our drinks until we said something to the manager who was passive aggressive. We asked for our checks that also took about 15 minutes to give to us. We asked for our food to-go and the manager (who decided to help at that point) tried to put 5 different orders in one bag. When a person in our party let her know that we all have separate orders and need separate bags she rolled her eyes. The food was cold when we finally got it so I don't know what the hold up even was. If there is a new server instead of leaving him for dead help him and don't have people waiting over an hour especially not for drinks.
Excellent!!!! I can't say enough good about this wonderful restaurant! It is literally the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen in my life! The servers are wonderful and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this location of La Parrilla!!
Usually a good experience but haven't been in a year or so. Our server barely spoke English he continued to bring out the wrong stuff and act as if it was our fault. We would ask what was in certain drinks and food and he would say he doesn't know and wouldn't even go to find out. Craziest part about it the general manager was eating her lunch literally 5 steps from our table. I guess the chewing of her food deafened her from hearing her server give us a incomprehensible experience. They have a nice young woman on host that would've done better. Stop taking people out the kitchen and putting them on the floor if they can't speak English well enough. It just makes for a horrible experience .
Myself and my wife both ordered the fajita rice with steak. There was barely any rice for it to be fajita rice. The meat was not cooked very well. My meat tasted like blood even though I asked for it to be cooked medium well. $33 wasted. So disappointed.
