The lady running the drive through was so nice, nothing like the crummy Krystal’s in Orlando (fern park). The tots were fresh and the food was delicious.
A go to place for the spicy chicken wings. It comes with 12 or 25 counts. Not pricy than other fast food that delivers wings. If any one likes Indian style KFC and feels missing taste in the US, you should try these wings. Juicy and fresh.
Drive thru didn't move in 15 minutes tonight . Should of just went to cook out . With this type service , I'm not surprised the local Krystal's are shutting down !
Had probably the worst customer service experience today that I've ever had. Waited 20 minutes in line at drive thru with almost no customers in the restaurant. No apology for the wait, got the order wrong and simply glared at by the person working the drive thru who never even spoke one word to me. I know people have bad days but this is ridiculous. The whole experience was awful.
Love Krystals,, this newly, rebuilt Krystal is super clean,, not real big,, less seats then the one they tore down,, but still love them for late-night burgers. Also, love burgers for Breakfast! Yes, I have gone here at 9 am and gotten Krystals w/ cheese! Sorry my photos are Krystals at home, I brought a 12 pack home for a family dinner and everyone loves them!
It took 20 minutes to recieve 3 krystals , 1chill Pup and small fry. Food was good but wasn't hot like I thought it should been since I was dinning in.
Pitiful service. Workers can't comprehend English. Ordered 4 sunrisers no egg recieved 4 egg and cheese sunrisers. Absolutely worthless!!!!

Sat trapped in this driveway for 20 minutes while they took one car at a time, made their food and transaction, then took the next car. No one apologized or said anything. I sat so long at the menu I ended up just leaving. Is this a joke? No but the restaurant is.
Sitting here, waiting on a refund that they're saying they can not process because the manager is not present nor are they answering the phone. Unacceptable. Yet no one can explain why a manager has to be present in order for me to get a refund.I sat in line for 15 minutes only to recieve luke warm food, kinda darkish cold fries. Instantly asked for a remake. The "remake" took less than 60 seconds. It was the exact same as the first bag i handed them. I proceed to park and come inside.... and even tho it states the dining room is open IT IS CLOSED, no sign on the door. All while employees watch me, items in hand try the door, and do not acknowledge my presence. Called several times no answer. I'm back in the line. This is where I'm told they Can not give me a refund but will make my food. Do I look stupid? I've already asked for a remake. A hour later I am still here, hungry, no food and no refund. Now that's thief. Attempting very hard to not be upset. I've written this review and NO ONE has come to with my refund. 20 minutes and waiting. Oh and that customer service number is just a voicemail system.
