It's a shame that Kroger actually has a good Pharmacy, because the customer service here is so bad, I'd rather pay more somewhere else and get better customer service. This place is a joke. They put you on hold, then when they finally answer, they don't want to help you.
Worst customer experience ever, extremely unprofessional and will just put people on hold just so they won’t have to talk to them.

This store could use a major face lift to bring it in line with some of the nicer stores I've been to. Also stocking the glass bottle natural milk I can get at other stores would be great.
