Place is disgusting! Trash all over the dining room. Rap music was playing very loud with inappropriate words. Every one either on the phone or playing. My chicken sandwich was old and cold. Never again... The General manager should be fired! So many other issues here, but just to tired to go over them. Do the community a favor and close your doors.
The worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. We drove up to the drive-thru as the interior was locked. After waiting 5 minutes were “greeted” by a rude male employee. When we tried to place our order, he told us that the items requested were unavailable. So then we asked for other items, he then proceeded to say that those were also unavailable, then after offering something entirely different, we agreed, for him just to come back to say that the items originally requested were indeed available. Then when ordering additional items, we were then told that those were also unavailable. At this point we were frustrated, so we asked what on their menu was available. After finally placing our order, we drove up to the window. We were then greeted by a female employee, who was also impolite, and instructed us to move to the dumpster area to pick up our food, even though there was no line, and there was nobody in front or behind us. we waited by the dumpster for quite some time, when finally out of the back comes two of the male employees, giggling and laughing. They hand us the bag, and the food looks as though it had been tampered with. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes looks like they had been dropped on the floor, and the entrees were tiny pieces of fried breading—no chicken. We asked the two employees where our drink was— to which the employee replied “you didn’t get it?”, and then leisurely walked back inside. When one of the employees returned, we were handed a cup with no ice and what appeared to be flat dirty mop water, not soda. He chuckled as he gave it to us. This time, it was apparent that they had tampered with the beverage. We immediately threw away all of the “food and beverage”, and drove to the Burger King next door for a much better service and experience. All of the employees at this KFC/Taco Bell location were rude, immature, and unprofessional. Not to mention, the quality of the food was terrifying. As somebody that works in food and beverage, I would highly advise everyone to stay away from this location.
Horrible service and very unprofessional manager. I place an order through the drive through at 7-10-22 at 10:12pm and after I received the wrong taco I informed one of the employees that walked the food out. She metion she will bring the right taco back, then the manager came out with the wrong taco again after I have been waiting for a while. I explain what happened to the manager but he did not want to hear me and ask me you need to go around and order your taco again. I thought for second this was a joke but the manager was serious. I try to explain the situation again but he decided to dismissed what I was saying and when back to the store again. At the end I ended up living with the wrong taco because I did not wanted to waste more time. Will not recommend this place.
The absolute worst fast food restaurant in the area. Long lines, always out of staples, and the rudest possible employees. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Waited for chicken tenders, 2 pieces were overcooked and inedible, got fries instead of mashed potatoes and gravy as in menu board. Returned to get new food and correct the order, manager insisted that only fries are served with the K3, that’s not what I took a picture of. This KFC has gone downhill for a long time.
Waited 5mins at the drive thru to place order at this point I knew they had to be short staffed or new employees. Go around to pay for food to have to wait about another 10mins for food to be brought out. I asked for condiments and straws for drinks multiple times after placing the order and waiting the young employee still forgot the condiments. I go inside to wait again to ask if I could get a refund because the food was getting cold for all the wait times of things I requested with the meals. The manager was so rude with her reply because I questioned why I couldn't be refunded after all the wait times to complete my order now that the food is cold before I leave the restaurant. I let the refund go because I didn't want to make a scene and asked for the condiments. When I finally got the condiments I been asking for she slammed them on the counter and told me I couldn't have a bag for them after asking she wasn't allowed. The manager seemed to not care that another customer was witnessing her rudeness as well as the young employees working under her.
I placed a DoorDash order an hour before store closing only to be cursed out by the manager for having the audacity to check on my order an hour later. You have a job, manager...make the orders. Treat people respectfully. Shame on you.
So we just left this place you can't hear them on the speaker through the drive-thru after we tried several times we pulled up to the window they were out of everything we ordered and the young man finally screamed at the young lady and as we ordered two boxes of three piece chicken dinner they said they were out of all sides except for mac and cheese corn and fries they're also out of the chalupas and after we put in our order they asked us to please pull back around the building and go back through the drive-thru window! But why just because their timer was going off it clearly explains why they only have a 2.4 star it was completely empty the drive-thru the parking lot only two cars in the parking lot at 4:00 in the afternoon I clearly understand why that's okay we left we went to Crystal's next door we won't be back I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Don't waste your time!
They mess up our order EVERY time we come here and service in the drive through is ridiculously slow. We will start making the longer drive to another location because there’s some serious issues at this location.
Chicken was not fresh and left greasy residue in our mouth. It tasted like it had been refried after sitting around for hours.
