I have not eaten KFC in probably a decade or more. Decided to see what The Big Chicken was all about. The atmosphere was worth the stop alone, and the Nashville hot strips (dipped in BBQ sauce) was delicious! Interesting that a 5 piece meal with drink, fries and biscuit is cheaper than 6 strips entree only. BTW, the green beans are significantly better than I remember eating as a kid on Sunday after church!
Bad experience. If you can’t field a team to work properly, that’s fine, but don’t open your doors. You had three disinterested employees working and gave me the driest 8 piece I’ve ever had.You should close for a day or two during the week. It will make your customers want it more.
i ordered DoorDash from these people for the first time and all I got were sides . literally mashed potatoes , Mac and cheese and French fries and I had THREE drivers cancel on me because they were taking forever . does it really take an hour and a half to put mashed potatoes in a bowl ?? I’m confused ??do better LMFAOO
After several minutes of standing at the counter we were greeted and asked for our order. I know that most businesses are suffering staff shortages these days, so I don't mind waiting patiently. The dining room certainly needed attention as you can see in my pictures. There was trash scattered about all across the floor, too. They were out of crispy chicken today; our last visit it was a different item. Our order was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the food was good, and hot. We go to the Big Chicken about once a month because it's a special treat for our little grandchildren.
Fries was bitter and old like it was for 3 days ago. The chicken we ordered was kind of alive . The biscuit in the box was in half like somebody bite it before putting it into the box . Everything was really terrible.
I was shocked. The food was still hot when we made it home, about 18 miles from the restaurant. The employees were nice. This is probably the best location in the NW Kenasaw to Marietta area.
Bro the food was okay, why was there a long hair in my mashed potatoes and a live ant in my sister's cup? Trying to sneak extra protein or something? Made me kinda queasy, probably won't try here again. The large historical chicken made me kinda happy and excited to eat here, but man...
Honestly subpar. Place was relatively clean. Got the spicy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. They kinda drowned my sandwich with too much sauce, but oh well it wasn't too bad. Wasn't in favor of the Mac and cheese, maybe the consistency or the taste but it was off. Some of the drinks in the drink machine were out. Overall wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best.
A must stop by historic site. The bathrooms are very clean. The staff is very pleasant. The photos and structure is a wonderful thing to see.
We drove past this huge moving chicken many times but this is the first time dining here. It was a great experience thanks to the beautiful layout, unique decoration of KFC’s icons but especially the pleasant and professional service offer by Mr.Carlton. The restaurant and parking area are spotless clean.
