Always a favorite for our family of four. With two young kids it's never easy to agree on dinner out, but pizza always hits the mark. Get the garlic knots to stave off hangry shenanigans while your pizza bakes. You'll get kind, quick service here, and they won't neglect their restaurant for takeout orders like other places.
Come here for trivia most Tuesdays. Staff is really nice and the food is good for the price. Sometimes it can get a little cramped inside, but that might be in part to the specific night/time I go. Been around here forever and has cemented itself in the community.
This location needs to get its act together. Ordered two pizzas for pickup, most places tell you 15 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes, was told they were not done, still in the oven. Another 15 minutes went by, they finally came out. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook a pizza, so my guess is my order didn't get into the oven until after I showed up, 30 minutes after I placed ordered. They weren't busy either.
Ok, so…..great food! All of it! From the beer to the salad to the sandwich to the pizza. It was exactly what we have come to expect from Johnny’s. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the waitress - Taylor - brought us everything quickly. With that said, she was the rudest waitress I have ever had wait on me. We brought family from out of town and I was actually embarrassed by her attitude. We would thank her and she would just walk away with no you’re welcome. She even snapped at a couple of us. It was just ridiculous. I get having a “bad day” but this was unacceptable. The restaurant is short staffed and they are having to work too many shifts back to back. So, I do get it, but I don’t particularly like being treated the way we were treated all while paying for it.
Good pizza. Slow service. Do not go if you are starving as it took over an hour for our pizzas to come out.
I love this store. I drive 30 minutes past another Johnny's pizza to go here. Hiram store can not compete, servers are friendly and food is tasty. The service can be a little slow which can ruin the visit for a few people. I believe the new staff here is still learning.
The food took waaaay to long to come out and when it finally did one person's meal was missing. The food was good and the waitress was really nice. I'll go back to give them another chance but I was definitely underwhelmed by the experience tonight
Two weeks ago my take out was ready 45 minutes after they said it would be ready. Tonight was better, only 31 minutes. Both times I would have been ok waiting longer to leave the house but for some reason this store would rather have grumpy customers waiting for their food. I think I’ve learned my lesson and will order from any other pizza joint in the area next time.
The box the pizza came in would've probably been better. You could pick up the wings and see the Grease dripping off them into the Styrofoam tray. Will not be back. Sad.
The place is dirty and cold. AC is set for the cooks in shorts and t-shirts. Not for the freezing customers.
