Don't eat here!!!! As a former worker, they change gloves once every couple hours regardless of what they touch between that, management shorts customers all the time on their meat or veggies, and honestly it's just not even good. Definitely go to Firehouse subs. Plus they short their employees on their checks every week.
Placed a pickup order at 9:15 on their website n paid. The order status never went to order received. Got to the store at 9:35 and all the light are off. Someone was inside but completely ignored me. I beep my horn n knocked on the door. They didn’t cancel my order or anything. Best believe I will be calling in the morning. If you are not going to fix the orders then disable online ordering
Arrived with a starving family after a long vacation.Google said open until 10pm. We arrived at 8:47 (not 9:47). They told us they closed early and couldn’t serve us.What a joke. Closing over an hour early!!! They should be ashamed.
I’ve never really had an issue here until today. There was a live bug in my unwich. One of those little fruit flies is what it looked like. Luckily I saw it before I ate it ?
Customer service was terrible. They sent us an alert saying food was on its way. 45 minutes later. Never received food. We had called and they said he would be there shortly, the driver had to finish his nightly duties before delivering our food. Over an hour later, food was never delivered. Called back and they placed us on hold and then said there is a papa John’s next door, laughed and hung up on us.
Slowest jimmy John's I've ever been to. Loyal to this place and this location really needs work. Drive thru at lunch takes 45 minutes.
Order pick up through the app, get to the store, and park. Get out to see a sign on the door saying drive thru only, pick up online orders at drive thru window. The line is spilling out on to Powers Ferry because there is no other option. Who runs this location?!
Used very old bread. We have been eating at Jimmy John’s for 20 years around the US and are huge fans, this location is awful and you should avoid it.
I have tried going through the drive thru 3 different times on 3 separate days and it was closed each time. There are no updated signs or helpful information regarding the closures. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.
Don't waste your time or money.Ordered at 1pm, notified "out for delivery" at 2 pm, order delivered to a random co-worker at 3:30 pm. Freaky Fast? More like Sadly Slow. No notice for the delay at all. Food and packaging was moist from contact with something wet.This is wrong on too many levels. There are too many other options in this area to put up this level of incompetence. Womp womp!
