Friendly personnel, fresh bread, good sandwiches. They don't serve coffee but are right next to a Starbucks.

I have been here a half dozen times the last few months. The food has always been good but half of those times there was some shady issues going on. The last time I was told the seating area was closed after I ordered and sat down to dine in, it was only 6pm. This visit they were out of bread at 3pm. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread in the middle of the day? Just complete failures of management.

It starts with me walking up as the girl is teaching me to the door to close an hour and a half early. She won. I was glad she didn't make my sandwich, anyway. Then today, got my sandwich, and a different girl looked miserable, but helpful. Took my first bite into a table spoon of mayonnaise. Care s little bit or you could always finda new job if this one is so bad.

jimmy john's is over rated their sandwich are not so good for the price. Publix has the best sub's second choice is Kroger's yes I said it Kroger's. And pay less. I will never buy from jj again. ? just fir the sandwich was $11.00

5 PM on a Saturday, the front door is locked and the 3 employees inside are just staring. Tried to open the door since all the neon signs are on and one of the employees just laughed. Hope they enjoy losing business freaky fast.

I have ordered here 4 times at this location and though it says freaky fast, it hasn’t been. It has always been an hour plus of waiting. I have a scheduled lunch break so I try to order at least 2 hours before and they come in like 5 minutes before my break. I work 7 minutes away but it takes that long. I haven’t been impressed at all and that’s it, I’m done with them.

Never ever ever ever have I received my order in less than 1.5 hours. I placed my order at 1:01pm and I JUST got a notification it's out for delivery at 1:56pm. LOL WHAT A JOKE. Please don't order from here if you are in any sort of time crunch or want to eat when you're actually hungry. It's simple, freaky fast, then do it.

It’s really time for owners and or corporate to get involved. Maybe pick up a shift and help out these unfortunate weekend staff members. Months and months of issues on the weekend. Just turn OFF the delivery function already. Why dedicate one of your three staff to do nothing, but call delivery customers to cancel their order? Now your only customers in the store are barely receiving adequate service. Too many options these days to give this many chances to a corporate giant. Corporate needs to fire this owner!

I had to wait an hour and a half for the delivery. My office is .6 miles from the store. I could have walked to the store, ordered my sandwich, ate it, and walked back to work in that amount of time. Definitely won’t order from this location again.

This location is just the worst. I ordered 1 sandwich from Doordash. The restaurant shows it was delivered and it was not. The restaurant said it wasn't and that they would refund me, which they did not. I spoke to DJ (the manager) and she stated she would send out a gift card as compensation, that was also never done. Mind you this has been going on for over a month. This restaurant STOLE my money. Was just asking them to do the right thing and they never did. BEWARE!
