While Jersey Mike’s is typically exceptional the service at this location is not.Placed an order for two giant subs. Received two regular subs. Got that issue corrected only to find another. They prepared the subs with peppers when I specifically asked not to have peppers!! Of-course, I discovered the latter once I had gotten home.Photo is on the ridiculous amount of peppers on a sub when I requested none!!
Arrived after a long day of work to see a "Closing Early Due To Short Staff, Sorry For The Inconvenience." Sign on the door but 2 employees inside working ? I usually come to Jersey Mike's because the food is amazing! But after a 12 hr workday this sign was not what I needed... Instead of closing how about pay people good so that you don't have to close early? Or don't take Door Dash and Uber Eats orders? Where is the manager to help this shift? Where I work if there's not enough help I as the manager have to stay and make sure the job gets done and customers get serviced. Wasted my gas!
How in the world does a sandwich shop run out of all breads on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm? Let’s not blame this on supply chain issues. There are many other Jimmy John’s in the Atlanta area that could have supplied bread if need to. I’m was still laughing as I went to a competitor which by the way had plenty of bread.Inexcusable. As I read many of the recent reviews it sounds like this Jimmy John’s location on Dallas Hwy needs to close its doors permanently. Avoid this place
I came in 2 hours until close and they expressed they didn't have bread for my family and I. I will not go back to this location!
It was my 1st time visiting this location and I arrived at 815p and was told they had shut the grill down. On the door it states they close at 930p but on Google it says 9p. So I'm a little confused but after reading other reviews it seems they have a poor timing issue with this location....shutting down at random times! The employees are young here and seem to hate their jobs. I wouldn't recommend a dog here for lunch...Therefore I'll just stick to my frequent location in Kennesaw...they are always so kind and helpful there! I hope management reads the comments about this poorly ran Dallas Hwy location!
I won’t be giving this location any more business. I’ve never seen such unhappy employees. Every time I go in here never a smile, no hello. I’ve had jobs when I was younger where I hated life, and clearly that’s what’s going on here. I hope these employees can find another place to work that appreciates them more and gives them better quality of life. The miserable looks on all their faces translates to their work and sandwiches are haphazardly thrown together just to “get it done”, and no friendly interaction. This kind of thing comes from the top down and this location has things they need to fix
I've given this location quite a few chances, but no more.The straw that broke the camel's back was not being able to get in touch with anyone after our order being incorrect. I used the online ordering system for the pick up of three sandwiches. They were picked up by my wife, and once she was home, we discovered two of the three sandwiches were incorrect. I tried calling the location multiple times, but no one picked up. In my frustration, I emailed corporate. Their response was to say they had forwarded the complaint to the owner and I should expect a response in 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say, I was never contacted.If this were a one time thing, then maybe I could let it go, but too many times they've had issues. From stale bread to poor service and everything else in between. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
I am TSgt MCDuffie a local United States Air Force Active Duty recruiter. Mr Mark and Stephanie define what customer service should be . I needed to carter an event for Smyrna Police Department. I can truly say if it had not been for this team I could not have done it by myself . They not only prepared the food but helped me load it in my vehicle . They packaged all the condiments nicely and although they were busy they never provided anything less than perfect customer service . Smyrna Police Chief and Staff was completely impressed and THANKFUL for the authentic catering service . Mya Angelou has this amazing quote that I stand by “ people may forget what you said , people may even forget what you did , but they never forget the way you made them feel “ . Thank you Jersey Mikes for all you do for the community . I highly recommend anybody who is looking for a job opportunity or catered event to contact them . VERY MUCH THANK YOU TO GM STEPHANIE ❤️❤️❤️
Constantly have issues with randomly closing hours and ability to order online or sometimes it being disabled. Poorly managed. 3 stars only because we love Jersey Mikes in general, but this location specifically misses the mark by far.
Always good sandwichs and service.
