Customer Service is a must for me, this Jersey Mike's was on point. I must say the sandwiches were as well. I told her she put love in it.
Ordered my go to, Chicken Philly - extra chicken and mushrooms - no onions or peppers and man this sandwich is on point!!! No joke, this is the best Chicken Philly around!!! Great job

My husband is in the military and we have been to several Jersey Mike’s. This location is our favorite! We’ve been coming here for years and the staff is consistently nice & efficient. The quality at this store should set the standard for the chain. Thanks for being good to your community!

A huge shout out to Jersey Mike’s on Shallowford and Sandy Plains in Marietta/East Cobb. It was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and I told them obviously I’ve never been here before since I really didn’t know what to order. The manager told me that first ones on them. So I got my lunch for absolutely free! Talk about phenomenal customer service… That totally defines it!
I order from this location about once a week and everything is always perfect. But last night, I was really surprised when I got home. The person taking the order didn’t quite understand the sandwiches that are listed online. The BLT I ordered had cheese on it, the veggie we were told wasn’t on the menu but that they could do it. Asked for no peppers, but got peppers. Not really a big deal. But what really surprised me was when I opened the Stickball special, which they also said wasn’t on the menu but they could make it? All I asked was to add pickles. All that was on my sandwich was meat cheese and pickles. No lettuce, onion, tomato oil vinegar oregano nothing. I’m not sure who was working yesterday, but wasted a whole lot of money on 5 sandwiches, 3 of which were completely made wrong. Especially the last one- I was surprised really, this location never makes mistakes like this. Just thought management should know- thanks for taking the time to read.
