Super rude employees. The guy with dreads at the counter was definitely the worst telling the old lady “IM NOT TALKIN TO YOU” while waving her away. Never seen such terrible customer service at a Jersey mikes.
Edit: We decided to come tonight for another shot and I can’t even explain how bad it was without getting so upset. The guy behind the counter was great. He has braids and glasses and I hope is recognized for how great he gave customer service. (I could not get his name before we left, but I hope someone knows it to give props to him) The other guys behind the counter was incredibly rude and outright insulting. We came here an hour and 45 mins before closing (7:17pm) and ordered our usual. The guy behind the grill came walking in and literally said “seriously?!”, when the other guy called out the order. Now I get being tired and worn out, but we were far early to have someone express such a remark. I had to ask the cashier if they were closing early, to which he said no, we are open until 9pm. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I felt so bad for the cashier who was fantastic! The employee who complained handed us our sandwiches with a “here ya go” and walked off. I was almost in tears by how uncomfortable he made me feel. I’ve worked in the restaurant business, and I know how times can be tough, and exhausting, but this guy just made me feel like I should never go to a place an hour before closing. I have no idea what’s happened with this shop. It used to be so great, but after another chance tonight, I will never be back. I hope the manager takes a little more pride in this place and hires better help and trains their employees a bit better.Twice now in the last two weeks that the open sign has been off at 7:30pm with hours listed 9pm on google page. We used to go here quite a bit but will be moving on. I hope they update their hours soon.
Sandwiches are always made fresh and on point with taste.
Do not come here if you have anywhere to be. I waited 30min for my sandwich in a long line because the group of sandwich makers were multitasking and could NOT figure it out. I am in shock. Never again.

I have been going to this location for a while now, and I have always had the best experience with the employees. They are always kind and helpful and have good attitudes! However, I went the other day and there was an older white man who appeared to be in training who had the worst attitude I had ever seen. He was getting in everyone's personal space and being rude to customers and his coworkers. He singlehandedly ruined my experience. I am very disappointed by his behavior, and if he and his behavior are indicative of where this location is heading, I will no longer be going.
