I've been a customer at It's Greek to Us for years now and I still haven't gotten sick of it. The food is always hot and fresh-- just overall very consistent quality. Every worker over the years has been kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the menu. Parking is a little tight, but nothing mind-aching. Seating is close-quarters, but enough spaces to take care of the lunch rush. My only true complaint is that the prices to portions are a little high, but for the quality of the food, it's worth it. I recommend any of the Souvlaki plates or, and this is rare for me, a salad. One of the absolute few locations I get genuinely excited about the salad; the vegetables are fascinatingly, perfectly ripe. Sounds crazy, but a perfectly firm tomato and balsamic is amazing-- LOL.
Adequate parking. Very friendly service staff. Food was wholesome and reasonably priced. Set up like a fast food place. They have dine in or take out facilities. Greek island pictures on the wall add to the ambiance. Owned by Greek family, adds to the authenticity of the food. We had the Eat more platter and it was enough for 2.
Friendly, attentive, Frontend Staff, Kitchen served fresh hot delicious. Tour of Greece, & Moussaka was served hot and delicious. For the Dessert baked strawberry cheesecake top everything of for a great meal.
Fun spot for a simple Greek dinner. Ordered chicken gyro with salad, side of Greek potatoes. Daughter had chicken gyro with fries. Potatoes were delicious, but a bit pricey considering they're potatoes. Daughter thought fries were just ok. Gyros were good, nice large soft pita and plenty of tzatziki inside. Salad was good and I liked the choice of dressing on the side. Overall we'd come back. Service was excellent and the food can very, very fast. Extremely clean restaurant as well.
Delicious, tender. Worth it. No wonder it tallied 16. Just do it. I got the Chk Svlaki Plattr. bcuz it comes w olive garden salad & f.fried or spice potatoes.
Taking my wife to Greece in May! Great time to try Traditional Greek dishes! Was not disappointed!
Loved the gyro I ordered! The meat was some of the best gyro meat I've had. The food came very quickly and the service was amazing. Irine (I hoped I spelled that right) was very friendly and checked on us frequently. She even gave us a free baklava. And it was really good, so we wanted another. We may need to drive a little farther than necessary to get here, but it is worth the trip. This restaurant has earned another customer.
Worst gyro I have ever eaten, not worth it, not flavor and I ordered with Greek potato and they just put 2 slices!!! Really????
Was on the road with my mom and we had a craving for Greek. Luckily 'Its Greek to Us' was right about the corner. This was my first time going there so I was excited to try it out.All-in-all great restaurant everyone was very nice, social distancing and all COVID-19 measures were enforced. They also have outside seating that is very nice.Me and my mom both ordered the Famous Gyro Wrap. Ive noticed that its hard to find a gyro thats not overly salty from the Lamb so I was delighted to find out that this gyro was greatly seasoned and not too salty. The only complaint I have about the gyro is the Tzatziki sauce, there wasn't much on it, and thats my favorite part. Just be sure to ask for a side of Tzatziki sauce on the side. Tέλειος! I highly recommend this place! The food has always been amazing, the staff is friendly and the dining experience is relaxed. My husband and I catered our reception with their food and it was a hit! Plenty of options for every diet and the manager, Trinity, was so helpful adjusting to fit our needs. Eυχαριστώ πολύ!!
