I like IHOP food, but this place is in disrepair, the outside is rotting, the tables were all cluttered with old food, it feels overly humid, and unclean. It's a shame, cause the few workers they have are nice and the food is good. It just feels dirty, definitely need an overhaul. I probably will stick with Waffle House or J Christopher or other options
Staff was short handed but you could never tell by the way the staff worked. Very professional and great service. Cook was amazing with the good food he cooked for us. Definitely going back and recommend this I Hop to everyone.
I ate at this IHOP on Johnson Ferry two Thursdays in a row. I prefer waffle house for breakfast but this restaurant is not crowded, quick service and if you are over 55 you can get a full breakfast and coffee for $10. Hard to mess up eggs bacon and hash browns and they don't. No complaints.

Terrible service and awful food. T-Bone steak was raw and caused my wife to have upset stomach. Pancakes were terrible and did not taste good. I had to go back to kitchen to get server to help us. Then the bill was wrong as they overcharge me $20. I will not go there again.
Our thanks to a great staff at IHOP. We are always pleased with the extraordinary service we receive each time we visit . Consistently good food and very pleasant service. Sandy, Chris Bruno, Emma are excellent! My husband and I are very happy to see Brian in a supervisor/manager role . Experience was great. Food was good. Our granddaughter loved it. Waitresses, kitchen staff were great and in this time where hardly anyone wants to work, that's really saying something.
Love this location, specifically for the staff. Service is always wonderful and friendly. We go there often.
Good location. Our server Moe was very courteous and got our order exactly right. The spinach and mushroom omelette was tasty. The baby seat was really convenient as the actual seat flipped back to allow a car seat for a younger baby. I do wish there were options for smaller amounts right on the menu, like a one egg omelette or just one pancake . Thank you for an enjoyable weekend morning!
