Okay let me see, where do I start ? when we got in they seat us Quickly But that was the only good thing it took a good amount of time for the waiter to come and get our drinks (the soda was Flat). The food took more than usual to get to us, Messed up our order, forgot to get extra stuff like sauce refill, from they on it went downhill.
Visited this IHOP on Memorial Day for a quick dinner with our grandchildren. It took close to 15min to get seated with no one ahead of us. There was a manager, two waitresses and at least one cook in the kitchen. The restaurant was not very busy but the service was very slow. My meal came out completely wrong but we kept it anyway. The waitress had to be reminded what we wanted, to refill our drinks, etc. The manager was obviously a huge part of the problem. He had a bad attitude and appeared not to care or to encourage his staff at all. I have visited this IHOP for decades and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. IHOP should close this restaurant to protect their brand until they can find a competent manager and staff to run it.
Our server was no where around, we had to go ask for drink refills. I asked for an ice coffee, the coffee was very bitter and old!! Had to go take sugar from another table, also had to ask for creamer. Asked for over medium egg's, one was cooked HARD!! And the other was mostly Raw!!
Very good experience. Food was good and service was excellent. Thank you Courtney for making my Mother's Day breakfast excellent.It's a little small, so a bit crowded and messy but not because the staff neglected anything. Just very busy.
This was the first time eating here. The outside needs attention. Alot of cigarette butts all over near the entrance. The back where you have to park needs attention.Going in is clean. However, tight spot for the waitresses area as patrons have to walk in thier area in order to sit. This place needs a face lift and rearranging to help make this place flow better.Our waitress was attentive. Our food order came out in 14 minutes after ordering and was hot.The food was good made to order like we wanted, so no complaints.
Lots of parking. Seating was tough as the booth was too close to table and would not move for in and out. Bathrooms were not very clean but at least there was toilet paper, soap and paper towels. No soap or towels in mens room. Wall paper was peeling and windows were dirty. We had a great server but my order got messed up and I got regular bacon on my BLT, but my server got me the correct Turkey bacon BLT. Good coffee too. This restaurant needs lots of inside work.
Always good food. Always friendly staff. The restaurant was clean. Everyone was doing their jobs as best as possible on a busy lunch rush. You never felt like you were being ignored.
Stopped in for a brunch and had a couple of omelette and pancake breakfast platters. The cook that morning did an exceptional job cooking up the Colorado omelettes and it had plenty of meat. My strawberry New York Cheesecake pancakes were most excellent.
Great food and wonderful service! Elijah was exceptionally welcoming! We will be coming back to this exact location! I even ate all my eggs, and I never do..not from IHOP anyway! Thanks guys!!
This place is absolutely garbage. The Indian looking manager, very rude! And very unprofessional. The place is absolutely filthy.We sat in lobby for 20 minutes. And waited for our food for an hour while 5 servers sat in the. Ack seating area laughing.This place needs to be shut down asap. Worst service ever and will be posting pictures to the local news
