I have been coming here for over 2 years and I just picked up the last order I'll ever buy from here. The prices have gone up a ridiculous amount but they're also giving less food. The food isn't as good anymore either. I'll be going to Fugu.
Best poke bowl I’ve ever had!!!! Awesome spicy sauce too, just the right kind of kick. The steak bowls were also great. Portions with huge and the service was quick! Wish we had one closer to my home - I would go all the time!! Keep up the great work guys!!
My visit was delightful. They were patient with all my questions and gave me exactly what I asked for in a timely manner! I think they skimp on the fried rice tho… But over all worth the buck

I came in to get a Uber order and the girl in front has a nasty attitude. She was disrespectful and was lucky she didn’t get slapped. They not clean either… PLEASE DONT EAT HERE!!
I absolutely and resolutely abhor this so-called eatery, which is owned and operated by two rude family members.This past Sunday, I went to pick up order for a customer, but the owner/manager asked me put thumbs up for him and start the delivery before he could hand me the customer's food. I refused to comply with his order, especially that he was very rude to me. More importantly, it is considered a fraud to do so. I then had to cancel the customer's order and began to walk out the store that all of a sudden, I was lambasted with the worst profanities and shouting by the father-daughter duo!!!It was very painful, but I ignored them and vowed to never return to this horrible mad house.
I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE !! Very rude customer service I ordered through grub hub I do not know if it was the driver or what but I called hibachi stop about my order and they made me feel so low I ordered the shrimp hibachi and received 2. I repeat 2 shrimp and the rest was vegetables and rice the disrespect!! They told me there is no way possible they made a mistake and hung up on me with so much aggression it is not worth it do not go here I literally cried I am not a greedy person!! No reason to lie about some food and for the price I was livid I got my money back through grub hub but if you don’t want to get lowballed on the amount of meat you get do not come here please or at least do not order the hibachi shrimp very disappointing -50 stars from me

I appreciate the manager correcting my order right away I also must apologize for overreacting and initially giving a 1 star. That’s wasn’t right for me to do. I have heard plenty of good reviews about the food here. Thank you for your customer service.
