Spent $50 for shrimp pasta & a turkey wing plate. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was it was nasty. The pasta had very little sauce. The turkey wings had no seasoning! This was my second time trying it because I thought maybe it was just an off day. Well it wasn’t! I gave 3 stars because the customer service was good on both visits & we all know good customer service is a rarity. It was also very clean inside the restaurant! But I won’t be going back. Oh and the lemonade was really good! It’s super sweet but that’s how I like it!
It’s just not that good. I got the Turkey wings and they were okay at best but not that flavorful goodness I expected. The collard greens are horrible. I couldn’t eat them because the flavor was so bad. They taste like liquid smoke was added and a lot of it. They were mushy with no defined shape. Almost like they were cut up in a food processor very similar to baby food. I did eat the Mac and cheese and it was okay. I also got the banana pudding. It was really good but pricey at $7. All in all I spent $35 for food that taste like hospital food. I threw it away at the banana pudding. Very disappointing and an expensive lesson.
Great experience. I am very picky when it comes to my salmon, it's my favorite menu option. The salmon pasta at Good 2 go was out of this world delicious. The salmon was juicy, tender and flavorful. The pasta and sauce were well proportioned for the serving. I tried to save some for tomorrow's lunch, but it was too good.
Food was delicious, my sister and I decided to try them out and glad we did. We will be back. Thanks yall
Not a fan at all. The wings weren’t seasoned enough, the Mac and cheese was bland, the cabbage was vinegar-y and if you notice where the wingettes are, there’s a corner of grease. The cornbread is the only half decent thing. $30 and I couldn’t even finish it.
I ordered my food on Postmates and when it arrived it was still hot. I had the oxtail pasta & the turkey wing combo. Amazing food! Everything was perfectly seasoned. I’ll be back soon!

So I had this place for lunch with high hopes of some really good soul food. The sides were the ultimate let down. I get Mac and cheese everywhere I go theirs was disappointing. The candied yams were not candied yams. Please just call the dish sweet potatoes so customers aren't looking for true candied yams. The chicken was seasoned well tho. Now let's talk lemonade another favorite of mine. ?.... It was definitely a powder mix wasn't a fan.
