The young lady at the JFR location at the cash register was rude and clearly disinterested. She was texting while I was speaking and never once looked up from her phone.
Had a very nice brunch. The chicken and waffles were delicious. The server was very helpful and sweet.

Love coming here!! Mia, my server, was amazing. Super attitude and anticipated my needs which is becoming rare these days. Facility was super clean, staff worked as a team, and my sandwich was tasty and exactly how I ordered it.. 5 stars!!
Sat down and waited patently. However 15 minutes later it was clear something was wrong. Table after table kept getting service, but us. After 20 minutes we just got up and left. As we were leaving I overheard them say they were out of bagels! There is a difference between short staffed and just poorly run. This place is not going to make it.
Walked in at 2:30, felt like the Penn Station, hurry and go, a paper bag for a $10 special, not the way I ordered it. Bagel was awful, too much cream cheese, just yuck. To add insult to injury, they turned the lights out on customers. Classy.
Always friendly at Goldbergs. I am usually there for breakfast. Their bagles are great.
Great customer service, the French dip sandwich was the best we have ever had. The manager visited us to make sure everything was perfect and sent us home with fresh bagels. We will be back!!
Typical delivery. One of my go-to places, but, even allowing for how impossible it is for restaurants to find employees, one server could barely speak, and clearly didn't understand English. Everything was wrong. Soup was cold because it sat too long before he brought it. I think it's better to have slow good service than to hire someone totally unsuitable.
